Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly, helpful staff. I wish the hot tub was working and the pool heated.

Cons. Very slow to clean room upon arrival. Toilet got stuck and they asked me to pickup plunger and do it myself - I said no.

Pros. Comfortable bed, great tv and many channels. No road noise either. Parking was convenient.

Pros. We've stayed at the Vagabond several times. Although they were hurt by a fire, they are rebuilding the facility and are doing a nice job at it. The rooms are modest but clean and nice and this is not a luxury area anyway. Many of the people staying here are travelers seeing the Sierra Nevada and for family and groups of friends it's a great place. Reasonable price and nice rooms.
