Cons: I visited the area in business. The location was easy to find and beautifully appointed. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The bed was dreamy comfortable. Love this venue.
Pros: Food was very good.. Room was neat and clean.
Cons: Price seemed high.
Pros: Comfortably sized room, good bed, and firm armchair. Attractively textured wall finishes and heavy, sculptured carpet. Stylish color scheme. Big square shower puts out lots of water. Nicely designed tiled bathroom with wide stall shower. B/L/D available on ground floor. Good service at breakfast. Easy to use HVAC controls.
Cons: Checkin software had not been working for a week so there was a lot of transcribing of information and photocopying for later input. The front desk could not process credit or debit cards; neither could the restaurants-cash only for them. Casino operations were not affected. The price was kind of high considering breakfast was not included. Good location just off the interstate but not so good if you want to eat somewhere else.
Pros: Seemed fairly new
Cons: Was told upon check in that due to short staffing I would need to request my room to be cleaned. Seemed very odd based on the pricing of the room. I then told staff about two dogs locked in a car with the windows up in the parking lot and it was ignored
Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: No microwave
Pros: Very comfortable beds and easy access off the freeway..
Pros: Easy access to and from the casino/ hotel.. Nice place
Cons: you can not walk around with an alcoholic drink, due to the drinking age of 18..... once your in the small corralled area of the bar, you must remain until your done with your drink. Some of The employees are slow and not easy going. No coffee makers in the room.......
Cons: lost reservation, waited 1 hour for room, waited for over 30 for 1st waitress to appear, then 20 minutes to pay our bill in dining room, drain plugged in sink, lamp in room did not work.
Pros: It’s a beautiful facility and the staff are friendly.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room sounded like a jet taking off about every 20 minutes through the night. I can sleep through almost anything (for example, my husband’s snoring) but the A/C woke me through the night. Also the pool was closed for no apparent reason and the cable TV has a significant number of channels out including HBO and all the news channels. Hopefully, these problems will be fixed soon.
Pros: Nice facility beautiful location
Cons: 100$ deposit not returned boasted amenities coffee pot in room and it wasn't took three calls to get one
Pros: The beautiful spacious room-the decor. Attention of staff, helpfule in helping direct me to hot tea water.
