Pros (+) The concept was nice. The lobby was very inviting and check-in was efficient and friendly and were able to accommodate my late arrival. As hotels go, it was descent, I think, which seems to be a hard thing to find these days.
Cons (-) I was sold an odd room that looked nice on the website but was not as nice in person. [It didn't seem particularly clean, but perhaps I imagine any "itch" to be the worst case scenario of the dreaded bed insect. Also it was a first floor room and the walk-in shower was not what I thought a walk-in shower was (perhaps a personal problem).] I guess the main complaint is that I was woken up at 6:00 w...

Pros (+) Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) we arrived at 5;30 PM and were told we could not be put in a room because the computer crashed so we had to wait until 7:00 PM to get in our room. We were traveling with our dog and we ended up on the 4th floor which was somewhat inconvenient to take him through the lobby and up an elevator. We did notify that we were traveling with a pet when we booked.
