Cons (-) They never answer the phone, emails, or even facebook messenger! I booked a pre-paid free-cancellation room and tried for around 2 months to cancel and get my refund due to COVID. I am yet to hear from them. Called tons of times and always "took my information to call back", never called back.
Pros (+) Lovely customer service. Cute hotel in the middle of Copley Square. Hot chocolate in the lobby after a chilly Boston day - how nice!!

We were traveling for our anniversary and they were so nice to upgrade our room AND allow us early check-in after we arrived from an early morning flight. I liked the proximity to Boylston and Newberry St. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boston.
