Outstanding views of Boston.
Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
The room and service were good in general.
No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Be careful, we were charged twice
Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.
Great views, easy City access
Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Great airport hotel
Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
