Conveniently located, small rooms but comfortable. The exercise facilities were great.
The rooms do not have coffee or a coffee maker. As an early riser, I enjoy the convenience of having coffee in the room. Also, the hotel charges an additional (and seemingly unnecessary) $20 a night on top of the nightly rate/amount already paid.
Bed was soooo comfy and location fabulous
I arrived late due to weather related flight delays. I was so hungry when got to hotel at 2 am but there was no food. Not even a vending machine. Def should have some option for snacks.
All the menus on the tv that give you information about the hotel are wrong. The hours of operation for both the roof and floor level bar are incorrect. The food menus are out of date and the hours states that food is available are also wrong. It would be an easy fix to simply have all of the correct information for the hotel guests.
The bed was super comfortable! Everything was very clean, and had everything anyone could ever need
The heating/cooling system in the room was a bit noisy…
Bed was super comfortable. Rooftop bar/lounge was great too. Very clean. We had a great view of the harbor. Walking distance to ICA and tons of waterfront restaurants.
I loved the small room and effective use of space.
