Tested positive for COVID the day before going to the hotel. Tried to cancel and get a refund or a credit for another night. Hilton, Traveluro and KAYACK outright REFUSED! to give any refund or any compensation. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES! liked the location. Staff were indifferent. furnishings were showing signs of age. Bed was not as comfortable as it should have been. Airport shuttle did not run in a timely manner. had to wait for the shuttle almost an hour. when it finally arrived it stopped at the wrong location --we had to run to catch up with it.. this was one of the most dissapointing Hiltons I've encountered. Our stay at the hotel was fine. Great glass of wine at the bar. Beautiful lobby and good staff there. Terrific comfortable bed. Our only criticism was that the first thing we saw when we opened the door to our room was the pile of dirty laundry on the floor from the previous guests. Ewww.

Kayak sent me to some 3rd party site that changed the dates from what I set, I’m stupid and didn’t confirm before paying , But just wasted $$$ on room I couldn’t use, not Hilton fault . But they let shady companies book rooms for them. So maybe it is their fault?!

Old crumbling and overpriced sum up the Logan airport Hilton. I was desperate for a layover bed and they supplied it, but that’s all. And for about $500 bucks for NOTHING but the minimum, it was annoying. The shampoo tube wasn’t even full… there wasn’t enough for two people. 🙄
