Very clean and friendly.
Front desk lady kindly moved me to a non-smoking room after I had originally been put in a smoking room. Room was outdated with ok quality linens and an old TV. Original smoking room I was in had cigarette burns on the comforter
Had a problem with blow dryer and it was replaced in a matter of a couple of hours. Very nice desk help and staff.
Easy check in. Fridge and micro wave in room. Very outdated..definitely a budget hotel . Not great value for the money, but convienently located for our use.
The proximity to the airport. The staff was generally crabby and not particularly helpful. The facilities need an upgrade and a good deep clean. Even the non-smoking floor still smelled of smoke. There was also an institutional food smell, like a hospital cafeteria. I would recommend trying a different hotel.
It was a 90 degrees and the a/c did not work .
Our shuttle driver on Saturday morning was super great, so friendly and helpful. I wished our room key would let us in from the side parking lot.
My search was for a hotel that had an airport shuttle and a free breakfast. I don't think this hotel should have been allowed to claim that they offered these things, as the shuttle was only available for limited hours and the breakfast was inadequate. The only protein source was yogurt. There was no peanut butter available due to state laws, but there could have been hard-boiled eggs or cottage cheese. At most they should be able to claim that they serve a continental breakfast.
Close to airport We were put into a smoking room and the smell was terrible. The comforter had burn holes and so did the chair. There was construction right in front of the hotel that started at 6:45 am on a Saturday.
Nothing. Perceived lack of welcoming attitude Strong ordor of chemicals in the office Unsafe electrical outlets in room Room appeard structurally unsound When arriving at hotel room found someone sitting in front of room talking on cell phone and had to be asked to leave Tends to reflect badly on east Indian hotel owners/operators.
