Old even with recent up dating. No elevator. Dirty water coming out of pipes. Smelled funny
Staff was very nice. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Overall a very nice stay. Hallway didnt have a great smell.
Continental breakfast was very good. Waffles, bagels, etc. Staff was very helpful. Fridge, desk and TV in room were well sized and suited. Kayak stated there were couches in the rooms. They do have couches at this location.
The bed was comfortable, the water always hot, the staff called to make sure I arrived safe and offered patience and help in finding my way there. My room was incredibly clean and I felt like a home away from home.
Very beautiful rooms, small but efficient and comfortable. Nice pool. Staff was very friendly. Beach passes were included. Short walk from the beach. Enjoyed every second of our stay.
The employees are very nice, the place is impeccably clean, and the beach passes are a definite plus! Could hear the neighbors once in a while when we were in the bathroom, so we knew they could hear us. However, this was not too bad and didn't happen so often.
Great staff. They were very accommodating to our needs. They even upgraded our room to suite (bigger space)) since they had a vacant (weekday) and we had a small child. No complain
Pool, workout room, staff was great in answering any questions we had. Hard to get back on the NJ Parkway. Very slow wi-fi.
Lobby was clean and comfortable with ample seating and a fireplace. No free breakfast , restaurant only which cost extra. Checkout for our stay was noon and at 10am the housekeeper barged in without warning, no knock, or announcement.
Very accommodating staff public area a little minimal
Very nice close location to the beach that we enjoy, and since it was before prime time it was very quiet. The rooms are small and clean but the hot water took for ever to get hot. Also there is no refrigerator or mirco so if you are there foe a time its annoying.
Very nice hotel staff very friendly
It was a very nice hotel close to beach. I wanted a room facing beach and my room had view but not exactly what I wanted. The clerk on duty found a room facing the ocean and let me upgrade for the two nights. Was very pleased with the hotel staff.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. I didn't care for the bedspread on the main bed in our room. Very dated looking. Also, we had to ask for the bed linens, pillow, and blanket for the futon my son slept on. No means of communication between room & front desk. Sometimes nobody at desk.
Old world charm, the restaurant & wrap-around porch, the short walk to the beach the room was extremely small & very 'basic'
Proximity to private beach Continental breakfast is served in a painfully slow manner by a staff member who does not wear gloves. You can't pour your own coffee, select, cut and 'dress' your own bagel, or even grab your own plate just to take a donut. Very weird and inefficient.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the beach, the breakfast was gracious, and the rooms were huge. I would definitely go there again. The parking was rough. It's one spot per room, but we couldn't park near our room and had to park behind the hotel. At least we had a spot!
Clean, good location
I napped on the bed for 30 minutes and woke up with a bad back and neck and so did my boyfriend. The bed was like a wooden plank, the towels were crunchy and hard, and the soap didn't even lather. We checked out after an hour- we couldn't stay any longer unfortunately.
Close to point pleasant My daughter got her period and got some blood on the sheets by accident. The manager called police and wanted me to buy the hotel a new mattress
Right on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean. Convenience all around with dining pool and boardwalk closeness Didn't stay longer.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was good. The hot tub was closed, the pool heater was broken and there was no internet. Not a spa/resort experience at all, just another seaside motel.
I would've asked for another room but was afraid of which room the clerk would assign next. Smelly, dingy, stinky stained carpet. So smelly didn't was to walk around without shoe. Internet service did not work. Old cube box tv with lil to no volume. Mold in pool... I'd suggest skipping a stay at this location and the front desk clerk was not helpful... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Great price. Close to where we wanted to go. $8/9 uber ride to jenkinson's. Room was decent. Didn't smell like smoke or anything. Comfortable bed. Big TV. Very small room but manageable. Tight parking.
At least our room didn't have bed bugs. Everything. Toilet constantly clogged, staff was incompetent and rude and everything in the room was broken. Not worth the money, ever. Avoid this place like the plague.
Nothing. Worse dump
Unfortunately nothing, I am being 100% honest when I say that it wasn't worth saving the $60-$80 to stay there rather than go to a different hotel. I am not joking when describing this hotel. We stayed in room 20. It was the dirtiest place I've ever been in, the ac would work for 10 minutes then stop, the pool was GREEN! The couches, curtains, and bed sheets all had stains or burn marks. The carpet and floors were dirty. My son got a bath and walked barefoot, he had black feet a few minutes later. On top of those issues, the place had nothing but sketchy people all over the place. Needless to say I was nervous for the safety of my family and the safety of our health! Don't stay there to save money and especially if you have children.
Ac worked Cable tv It was dirty Bathroom toilet kept running ,lost hot water, drawing Ed were dusty torn and old looking
