Staff was friendly, helpful and proactive. Thumbs up for this crew working at this location.Cons:
I understand about not letting people go inside due to pandemic issues. But please find a way to accommodate customers while waiting outside without having to be exposed to sun and rain. There must be a better way to operate. I also fell bad for these young staff working under these poor conditions. This is purely a top management responsibility.2.0 Poor

I had a reservation for 6pm. I called to let them know I was on my way. They said we close at 6pm. I said how was I able to make a reservation for 6pm of you close at 6pm. He said "how far are you?" I will wait, When we got there we called, no answer and the door was locked.Cons:
If he was nor planning on waiting for us then he should have said that on the phone and not made us waste or time.6.0 Okay

The customer service reps at both locations, South Windham, CT and Sullivant Ave in Columbus, OH, were extremely helpful and courteous. The car was clean and got me to where I needed to go.Cons:
I do not appreciate the fact that I was charged an additional day of rental. This is an error. I will be calling your corporate hq to have the erroneous charges removed from my account.Avis
