Pros: The vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived. Adam, the customer service rep was courteous and helpful and showed me the things I needed to know about the vehicle, e.g. How to turn on the lights, windshield wipers, etc.
Cons: 1). The vehicle had only 1/2 tank of gas. They told me I could return it with 1/2 tank. The sign in the office showed prepaid gas at $2.09 per gallon. This was not offered to me. I refilled the vehicle upon return to Emterprise and had to pay $2.52 per gallon at the station nearest their location
2) the insurance coverage offered online was an additional $11.00 per day. At the Enterprise office they charged me $25.00 per day for the least expensive insurance coverage
