Pros: Not enough good things can be said about this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and the rooms spacious. We had a luxury King and the bathroom was the size of the bedroom. The staff was excellent. The concierge secured us a dinner reservation at a place that was booked solid. You also can't beat the location. Right by shopping, restaurants and Bell Centre.
Cons: There was a wedding reception going past midnight. Our parking was comped because of the noise which was a floor below us. That was a nice gesture.
Pros: They were very helpful and they took really good care of us and the restaurant was great!
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Being charged 40 dollars for parking.
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed accomodations, great location. We rented bikes during our stay, and staff helped us store them. Also helped make restaurant reservations, print airline boarding passes, and anything else we needed.
Style and substance go hand-in-hand at Loews Hôtel Vogue. In our hometown of Montréal, anything else would be out of place.
Pros: Very accommodating. Great neighborhood. clean and nice. Terrific service. Nice restaurant and breakfast spread. Rooftop bar. Overall the staff could not have been more responsive and very accommodating. Our room was very nice. A petite suite, loved the spa tub and comfortable king-sized bed. We will definitely stay again.
Cons: Staff (Melanie) needs to be careful sending clients to tourist restaurants. We specifically stated no "tourist restaurants". There are so many lesser-known restaurants that are fabulous and worth trying. We were sent to Vieux port steakhouse for sunday brunch. We had slop. We arrived sunday morning. After we saw many terrific cafes and brasserie. And please note she (Melanie) did NOT tell us about the rooftop bar or your new restaurant. Perhaps we would have gotten our sunday late morning/ early lunch there.
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and beautiful, cozy room! The shower was amazing, with the second rain shower overhead and the fireplace was perfect for the time of year (early April- about 0 degrees Celsius) my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the complementary water and chocolate brought to our door every day. It was a sweet touch. The location was convenient. A lot of great restaurants and site seeing nearby! And the metro is less than a 5 minute walk. What we probably appreciated the most was the concierge who sat right in the lobby, ready for our questions. We had many. Wanting to know the best places to eat and visit, even making reservations for a tour and dinner reservation. she was the best!
Cons: Probably the only thing we didn't like was the continental breakfast. $19 per person. Definitely not worth the price. There wasn't a lot of options and it was all cold (granted we ate at around 10am) so it sat out for a couple hours but I would have expected the food be kept in chafing dishes to stay warm for that price. so needless to say that was the only time we ate breakfast in our hotel. So many other great breakfast spots around the corner!
Pros: Clean, spacious, attractive. Staff was very nice and responsive.
Cons: My room - 412 - was a corner room and the heat was not working properly. Maintenance came up and did not do anything useful. I had housekeeping bring up a space heater to keep the room warm.
Without the space heater, the room was about 65 degrees. Too cold for sleeping for me. The hotel should keep the facility a little warmer overall, and not let the rooms get so cold. The HVAC system did not put out nearly enough heat.
Pros: We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and enjoy some downtime before the holidays. Every detail is considered at this hotel. The staff were responsive, warm, and very accommodating. We stayed in a petite suite, loved the spa tub, rainfall shower, and plush, down king-sized bed. The Verses restaurant downstairs offers impeccable contemporary French fare, and Olive and Gourmando just down the street is perfect for fresh coffee and croissants in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Street noise can be slightly loud late at night in the front facing rooms

Other thoughtful room amenities include cable television with premium channels, CD players, desks, in-room safes, Internet access, and private bathrooms with designer toiletries and hair dryers.
Pros: Beautiful room. Close to lots of activities in old Montreal. Great staff who all were very helpful. May have been the best not experience I have ever had.
Pros: Location couldn't be beat.
Pros: Also, the architecture surrounding the hotel had that classic old-Montreal feeling with the brick roads and ancient architecture. Furthermore, the hotel was a short walking distance to fireworks and many restaurants, and a short 15min. walk to downtown
Cons: Nothing, everything exceeded expectations.
Pros: The location was perfectly situated to explore old town as well as the port. Extremely close to Notre Dame which was amazing.
Cons: The hotel while perfectly comfortable, great location and overall fine just had no personality or real character which wasn't what we particularly care for.
Pros: Wonderful and accommodating staff. Amazing location. Everyone was bilingual. The building and rooms were all exceptionally clean. The provided umbrellas on request so that we could walk to the Nortre Dame basilica. It was a great experience!
Pros: The location is amazing!
Cons: We had some bedding and toilet issues
Pros: The staff were great, a lot of amenities within the building.
Cons: The lighting in the rooms was a bit dim and the signage and hotel was confusing to get around at times
Pros: Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Very clean.
Cons: Water was cold for the first day of our stay, but was remedied quickly when brought to their attention.
Pros: This is a super bare bones hotel. No lobby or anything like that. Our room was really basic, but the bathroom was brand new and big. The location is perfect! Right by the water and the Frontenac. The staff was really great!
If you like the Old Port Neighborhood, this is the place to stay.
Pros: A wonderful Old Port location, one block from Notre Dame Basilica. We were offered an upgrade to a suite for a nominal fee, it was well worth it the suite was beautiful.
I highly recommend. Great location. Great hotel.
Pros: After long trip, I pull up and valet say, 'Bonjour, I'm Freddie and I'll help you with your car and bags.' Then I walk in and the front desk person introduces herself and the others and checks me in and is very helpful. Everyone so very helpful.
This is a luxury hotel in an excellent overall location (although the street is busy and not too picturesque). There is valet parking (at an additional cost) and parking yourself is not really an option. The staff is extremely friendly and check-in is quick. The bell staff wanted to take our single rolling bag up for us - but we didn't feel like waiting for it so we took it ourselves. Similarly, you need to call for ice, no self service. The room is adequate in size, and very nice in appointments, the bed was comfortable, good pillows and duvet, and clean. It was cozy - only one person at a time could walk around the bed! There is a lot of liquor, wine and beer in the room (at a hefty price) along with snacks and water in the mini-bar. We were comped two drinks at the bar, which we didn't use (it seemed too loud and lit for a party atmosphere, not a casual drink). There was a nice TV, that we didn't use, magazines in French and English, and even an umbrella. The bathroom seems as large as the room (because two people can stand next to each other in it) and was really nice - great sink, hair dryer, lighted makeup mirror, jetted tub, good quality shampoo, etc. Check out was quick and there was a short wait for the car. We got the room at a good price here, and it was well worth it!
Pros: Great bathroom - spotless, large, beautiful jet tub, nice towels, robes, soap and shampoo high quality
Cons: Room was a bit small/tight - very beautiful and nicely appointed, but not a lot of extra space

Pros: Very convenient hotel. Walked downstairs to check in luggage and then went back up and rested for a while. Great staff!!!
Cons: Everything was enjoyable.
Pros: Located at the airport
Cons: Everything was clean except the room service table , it's dirty under it, legs and Wheals at fealty
Pros: Great service. Gave my daughter a birthday sendoff just prior to our flight. Very clean, lots of natural light, Bijou had decent wine list and menu. Will stay here again. Much better quality and value than Sheraton montreal airport.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, convenience
Cons: Additional fees e.g City Taxes, Parking charges

Pros: Excellent service, staff and very nice and quiet rooms
There was a two hour blackout and the emergency lights never went on. I complained about that. I was told that they were working on it. The next night there was twenty minute blackout and the emergency lights were working.
Cons: There should be a system to contact everyone to reassure them that everything is alright during a blackout.
Pros: I love their comforter and pillows so much, that I remembered to stay there again, even though the last time I stayed was maybe 12-13 years ago. This despite the fact that I've tried 4 Seasons and other luxury hotels. This is the only one that left an impression. Great restaurant - tried it for dinner and breakfast. The only negative is the (free) WIFI - connection was difficult, convoluted, and unreliable.
Pros: I always stay there. It is the best around!
Pros: We liked everything. Great customer service.
Located at the foot of lush Mount Royal Park and next to the renowned McGill University and Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Sofitel Montreal is a luxurious retreat in the heart of the historic Golden Square Mile. It is ideally located for business travelers as well as art lovers. Indulge your plate at the restaurant Renoir, relax in the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the Bar and give it your all in the bright meeting spaces.
Cons: The only downside was that there was a road closed nearby, and therefore it took ages for the Uber drive to find the hotel. It would have been helpful for the front desk to have informed me of that (I told them I was waiting for an Uber) so that I could have communicated that to the Uber driver.
Pros: Close to airport. Hot extensive breakfast never ran out of foods even on busy weekends
Cons: Firm/Hard bed. No outside space to get sun or relax.
Pros: Breakfast and check in was excellent
Cons: VERY DIFFICULT to get to by rental auto. Ridiculous $12. charge every time you park your car.

Cons: Pool hard to swim laps in with kids in there
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. The proximity to the old city attractions allowed us to park the car and walk/cab where we wanted to go. Concierge provided guidance to attractions and set us up for a romantic anniversary dinner at a top nearby restaurant. The service was outstanding and a great value. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!
Perfectly placed for business or leisure the InterContinental Montreal is connected to Montreal Convention Centre and boasts stunning views overlooking Old Montreal and the port. Nearby you’ll find many places to explore in the old city of Montreal including Notre-Dame Basilica. Upon your return enjoy signature cocktails at the Sarah B. bar relax in our salt-water lap pool or sample the sumptuous menu at Osco! Restaurant. Retire to a spacious guest room knowing every comfort is provided
Cons: Burger sliders at the bar was dry and rancid
Cons: i reserved a room wih two beds. I wss given a room with a king. I requested extra bedding so that my friend and I could separate in the bed somewhat. The concierge promised to provide this. She never sent any extra bedding. The sheets that were in my room had a hole in them and there was hair in my shower.
Pros: Nice hotel at central location, nice gym, comfy bed and room.
Cons: Noisy A/C - asked to fix, but guy claimed that's the normal noise level for their equipment, weird. And in one day, there were no hot water in shower for long time, had to take an almost cold one - water did come in about hour later.
Cons: Dirty bed linens
Pros: The location and room was absolutely wonderful.
Cons: Loved everything about my stay
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Free WiFi and Hotel was underneath the metro which made things easy if you know where your going.
Cons: Bathroom was small and the main restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey.
Pros: The view from the 21st floor
Cons: The wifi wasn't working and no obe would help
Pros: Metro is right under the hotel.
Walking distance to almost all attractions, if you're used to walking (Old Montreal, the Cathedral, Chinatown)
Cons: Older hotel.
Mall in the hotel is not very lively at all.
Garaged parking is quite expensive CAN$25-34. You can park on the street for free after certain hours.
Pros: Housekeeping staff and concierge were nice and helpful.
Cons: Food was blah and exorbitantly priced. Salads for two: over $50; breakfast buffet for two: over $50. What a complete waste of money! Save yourself time and money and grab a quick bite in the cafe a few shops down the hall or better yet at an outdoor cafe. The front desk staff were rude. when I checked in, I was told I had booked a king (needed a double), and that I was lucky they weren't sold out, so he was able to give me a room with a double (after sufficient attitude was delivered my way). I later found my confirmation email that clearly stated "deluxe double room". If I can find an alternate, clean hotel, I won't stay here again.
Pros: Great support staff, everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. and I do mean everyone at the hotel. Being located over the metro was big convenience to access subway system,
Cons: Why is breakfast always so pricey? It's too easy to spend $75-$100 for a family of four...
Pros: Maybe its good for extended stay or business travler
Cons: no concierge service we had to wait just about 45 minutes for service

Pros: We enjoyed facials and massages at the spa. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet was plentiful.
Pros: Clean happy staff and affordable
Pros: The location is excellent, close to main amenities in downtown Montreal. The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. I would definitely return to Delta Montreal.
Cons: This a short term stay hotel, the room was not equipped with a mini-fridge (although it offers complementary water bottles every morning).
Pros: Clean with decent amenities in a good location near the metro.
Cons: Carpet was worn, balcony doors didn't open.
Pros: The concierge was amazing. He gave great advice and made our restaurant reservations. Definitely will use the service of a concierge in my future travels.
Loved the room style and décor, very modern. The room we had was pretty big and had a cute balcony, though I wish there were a couple of chairs out there to be able sit.
Cons: The breakfast is not worth it for the price they charge. Go outside the hotel to St. Catherine's. We found a great place where we got to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
Also getting a drink at the bar is way too costly for the amount of liquor you receive.
The housekeeping staff I would say is kind of slow at cleaning. We left the hotel room at 9am and returned at 4:30pm. Our room was still not cleaned. I ended up just asking for fresh towels. We were relaxing and getting ready for the evening when we received a note underneath our door saying that if we were leaving by 6pm they would still clean our room. At least they did leave a note.
Pros: We like the location, and amenities. Everything was great. Staff was wonderful
Cons: Coffe at the restraunt was over priced and burnt. Not good....
Pros: Rooms are efficient and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Food is mediocre but the staff is lovely.
Pros: Large rooms for a city hotel. Clean, updated rooms.
Pros: The location is right downtown. It was easy to walk to meals and attractions. There is also a hotel bar and restaurant that looked nice but we wanted to see Montreal :)
The staff were all very friendly and the room was modern and clean. The pictures of the hotel are very accurate. It was nice and very reasonable to stay there!
Pros: The location was absolutely amazing. The staff was great and the rooms were nice and at a decent price. Great bang for your buck
Pros: Delta Montreal was only about 2-3 blocks from the Metro, which was pretty convenient. Staff was pretty helpful the few times I asked them about things. The room was pretty large - it looks just like the photos online (when I saw it online I was convinced the pictures were of a suite, but most regular rooms are actually that enormous!). The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was overall very clean. Since there were 3 elevators I never had to wait long. The smart desk was really cool, though we never made use of it. I also never used the gym and pool, so I can't attest to their quality.
Cons: If you want to spend time in Old Montreal, it's a bit of a hike on foot (though that isn't the hotel's fault). The room could have used more drawer space (there was only 1 drawer available).
Whether you're in Montreal, Canada for work or for play, you'll be delighted with the modern amenities, friendly service and convenient downtown location of the Delta Hotels Montreal. We've designed our rooms and suites to give you the space and comfort you need, as well as a host of perks that will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. And spend time exploring the city while you're here; we're within walking distance of Old Montreal, and close to McGill University and the Bell Centre. We look forward to welcoming you to the Delta Hotels Montreal!
Pros: The hotel looked much nicer online . The room was clean and the location is just alright.
Cons: The noise was awful you can hear everything in the hall. I could even hear my neighbors phone ringing a ton. The AC units were extremely loud and the water pressure in the bathroom
would drop making a hissing/squeaking noise after use. Another pet peeve is no fan in the bathroom and the doors have glass on them so when you turn the light on at night you could potentially be waking up your partner or anyone else with you. The parking garage underground is tight and super low, my Jeep Wrangler almost didn't make the height clearance. Wasn't impressed one bit by this hotel very over rated.
Pros: Located within the heart of Montreal with easy access to metro stations
Pros: Affordable choice in downtown, and beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff called around for us on Easter Sunday to see which restaurants would be open before sending us out.
Cons: Normally I love the hot tub at this Sheraton. Unfortunately during our stay it was out of order, which is a huge bummer. Not that it will make or break a trip, but when you're deciding between a few hotels in the area at the same price point and allowed that to influence your decision a little, it's a letdown. Also, this is 2015 - who charges for WiFi?
Pros: Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer!
Pros: The staff was very friendly. More so than most other places we have stayed.
Pros: Great service
Pros: The atmosphere in the reception and foyer area and friendliness of staff in dining room

When you stay at Auberge Saint-Paul - Hostel, you'll be in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Bonsecours Market and Notre Dame Basilica. Free perks include WiFi and buffet breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Also, University of Quebec-Montreal and Bell Centre are within a short drive.
Pros: I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the airport. I liked the indoor swimming pool and hot tub which was an added plus for our six year old granddaughter. Also, the room was much larger than I expected and the price was very reasonable.
The Novotel Montréal Aéroport hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle service from Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport in Dorval. The restaurant and bar are open from 6am to 11pm with room service on weekdays. Organize your professional events in one of seven meeting rooms. Relax in the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We offer a corporate shuttle within the Technoparc including the Bombardier, ABB, HP, Pfizer, Thales, 3M and Exfo offices. Parking included during your stay.
Pros: Liked: comfy beds, dark window shades, large shower
Cons: Pool didn't work and the staff didn't tell us about the alternative option to use the pool at the Sheraton until the second time we talked to them. Also, the airport shuttle was supposed to come every 15 mins but it was at least 30 -- those extra minutes at the airport could have saved us a lot of stress.
Pros: Aloft was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the runways. Planes overhead were very noisy outside but couldn't be heard inside.
Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable.
The hotel provides long term parking cheaper than the airport lots so it's a good choice if you need to leave a car for a few days.
Pros: comfortable, clean, close to airport, 24hr airport shuttle
Pros: The staff were great.
We stayed in a king room with "oversized" shower. It wasn't oversized, but it was nice. Room was great: modern decor and nicely furnished.
The airport shuttle comes every 15 minutes during "prime time" and by request in the middle of the night, if required. Leaving the hotel on a shuttle, I was through security and at my gate in 20 minutes. Perfect.
Cons: There are ice buckets in the rooms, but no ice machines in the hotel. The front desk has some little bags of ice available, which is strange but okay.
N.B.: There is no restaurant at this hotel. This was not at all clear to me when I looked at their website.
We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. We did not have a rental car and had planned to have dinner at the hotel. The food options were disappointing. There is no restaurant, just a very basic bar. The bar has some frozen food (chicken fingers, pizza, coconut shrimp, etc.) that the bartender reheats in a toaster oven and possibly a microwave. We ate chicken fingers and shrimp, and they were rather pathetic. Along with three drinks between the two of us, the bar bill came out to >$90. The food and drinks were not worth anything close to this - this is not good value.
Pros: It was a comfortable, layed back, relaxing atmosphere. The King size bed and bedding was comfortable.
Pros: Nearness to airport
Cons: The bathroom door was broken
Pros: The setup of the room
Cons: Breakfast buffet could use imprpvemt

Cons: The price was so expensive for what it is --- a night for holiday inn
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable with the pool in great shape
Cons: The desk would never answer their phone and I could not get through to have a wake up call at the method indicated.
Pros: Rooms were nice and quiet, almost soundproof. Pool water temp was perfect. Warm. and the jazuzzi was great--water temp good and the jacuzzi was deep so you could ahhhhhh sink into it and forget all your worries!
Cons: The hotel does not exchange CAD for USD at the exchange rate. They exchange it at par, which makes it terribly inconvenient for the guests.
Pros: Breakfast included, free parking, within walking distance to several restaurants, close to highway, friendly staff, close to the Cdn. Armed Forces - Garrison Army base. Good basic hotel overall.
Cons: The elevator was 'different' to say the least. No fridge, security box in room.
Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: When I flushed the toilet the water ran one time.It was an easy fix. Just took the lid off the back and flicked the handle. Then there was no problemAside from that the room was great.
A great deal for a couple day stay.
Pros: All staff were pleasant and the breakfast in the morning was great
Pros: Really enjoyed the overnight stay there; excellent customer service.
Perfect hotel for our needs, an overnight stay. Comfortable beds, and a nice hot breakfast in the morning. There were other amenities that we did not use such as the indoor pool. Location was convenient with restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Pros: Staff was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating.
Pros: Excellent service, the staff was very helpful. Excellent location in St Jean sur Richelieu. Very good and hot breakfast.
Pros: Staff were excellent. Room clean and modern
Cons: Room was small. Felt crowded. Too much furniture. Expensive
