Clean and good after hours service. The toilet extraction fan does not seem to work very well.

Reasonable proximity to Versailles Small room for 3 people

The room and bath were clean and in nice condition. The hotel has free wireless internet, which we find very useful. We arrived at the hotel about 17:00, on July 13th. The door was locked, and there was no one at the reception desk. A page on the door showed our name, as a new arrival, and indicated the room number where we would be staying, but we could not enter through the locked door. A message said to call the hotel phone number, but we had no phone to call from. Another hotel guest eventually let us in, and told us the combination to the electronic lock on the hotel door. Our key was in the door to our room. The next morning, a receptionist was at the hotel desk.

very quiet hotel in the country near von Versailles or Paris with the high way

Convenient for visiting Paris and Versailles Although it was relatively out of the way, it was not quiet during the night as it's in the middle of an industrial estate. Also a coach party arrived around 11:30pm and the coach sat with its engine running for about 20minutes. The shower didn't work as the pipe was full of holes.

With the smoking ban now extended to France the opening onto the hotel grounds was a boon. In the bathroom the shower head was fitted about 2 metres off the bath floor. Ok for people of restricted growth but not very appropriate for average height people.

Map directions poor. Non English speaking at hotel. Expected to be in Versailles :-(

Disappointing the Flying Blue Miles cannot be booked however it is mentioned on the hotel website!

Room was comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful and spoke English.

It was easy to book and the management were friendly and the hotel and parking were secure. Facilities were somewhat primitive and breakfast ended at 9am

Clean and nice rooms. Very good price/quality We used this hotel or a citytrip to Versailles and we found it a bit far from Versailles to the hotel.

Awful!!! Dirty, too expansive!

receptionist left key an gave us entry code as we were stuck on the Pheriferique and were late for check-in Small rooms, superiour room is a laugh. Bed is very hard, next to the road, no parking, absolutely no value-for-money in my opinion and I do sleep in hotels 2-3 nights a week

Clean, comfortable, price of breakfast, good location for Versailles, modern interior style and fittings, good room price Although in a nice residential location across from the park it is difficult to find and more signs are needed from the centre of Buc which is itself hard to locate.

Good spots close by to go running/walking. Basic room but reasonable for price. Great water pressure in shower! Petty charge for tea/coffee, expensive breakfast option. Room smelt very strongly of paint.

Location is convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. That was within walking distance from terminal, what really was helpful due to taxi drivers strike that shut all transportation fro and to terminal. Not worth the value. The room was overheated and no way to cool it down. I couldn't sleep well waking up sweating. Staff admitted the problem but didn't even try to solve it. I general I can't really say that staff is unfriendly, but they are kind of distant? Don't really interested to help, it looks like they just don't care. Another example that they don't care about customer convenience is that You can't leave a luggage for safety between the checkout and time you need to leave for your flight.

Location The bedrooms are old (poorly furnished) an the bathroom is not of a 4star hotel.

The staff, Paying for Internet

The Concierge was extremely helpful, otherwise not up to the normal Hilton standard Cockroaches in the restaurant at breakfast, nasty stains on the couches in the reception area! The faux wooden flooring in the bedrooms is very noisy. No refrigerator in the room.

Proximity to the airport. Shuttle bus Strong smell of tobacco in my non smoking room. Very overpriced room!!!

We found the staff very helpfull. The asscess from the garage was very difficult, The garage.

Restaurant was good and people were friendly. Garage parking was difficult. Hotel advertised as air conditioned, but it is on a hotel-wide basis and cannot be controlled in the room. Our room was too warm and we were unable to cool it off. Also, the Mapquest directions to the hotel were incorrect. We drove around for at least an hour trying to find it, and it was very conveniently located for visiting Versailles.

Very clean, friendly staff, all staff spoke very good english.
