breakfast is great, so are the thermal pool and other baths, but the rates for massages are quite high. we checked in at 22:30 and there was no way we could even reach the room service. after regular hours, there is nothing the hotel can offer, not even a cup of coffee, the reception personnel n addition to looking displeased with his job could not explain why there was no room service either.
Easy to find, huge outdoor pool and interesting thermal pool all included in very reasonable room rate. Dinner buffet inexpensive and good selection of Turkish food. I enjoyed a massage the price of which was also very reasonable.
Very nice thermal pool. Also they offer turlish hammami, swimming pool, sauna and massage. Massage is for extra as well as sauna. If you wish to have turkish hamami pay attention to the time as it is divided into time for men, time for women, or "mixed" time. Very good hotel for families with little children.Good animation programme (thoug in Turkish). However, stafftried to entertain adults too by helding a BBQ dinners outside in the garden. Very modest breakfast and what is more suprising for the country where people know how to prepare coffee, this hotel offered just a nescafe instant one. This was a bit disappointing. In general, hotel is a good 3+* one, not 4* hotel.
nothing This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, but a 2-3 star hotel. Everything is old, reused and the decoration is in bad taste. The sheets on the beds had holes. We stayed there one night because we had to stop on our trip, but I would never recommend the hotel for a vacation. The prices are enormous in comparison with the poor quality the hotel offers.
Free diner buffet at the pool side was a very good surprise for me and my big family Poor breakfast.
Very little The thermal pool had large swathes of hair and general dirt floating in it. There was a set menu for dinner and breakfast which you were just served (no options or choice within a set menu, just one meal). Staff tried to be helpful but general air of depression about the place, building works in progress and very run down state not helped by being situated on the side of a main road. We stayed in 7 hotels in Turkey (driving down the Aegean coast from Istanbul to Kalkan) and were very pleased with the others (some a lot cheaper and not billed as four star were amongst our favourites). The dirtiness of the room, the pool and the cutlery (holes in the pool towels etc) made us very glad we only had to endure one night.
