Pros: The staff was down to earth and very friendly. Most hotels have biscuits and gravy and it’s always hit or miss. These one were great! I also like that the building is easy to get to and also feels secluded.
Cons: The room in the picture looked significantly bigger than the room we stayed in. Even with that, I would still book again.

7.1 Good
Pros: The Pillows were soft.
Cons: They cut the power to the entire complex while my wife was in the lobby, and locked the doors...... with her it the lobby still. Pitch black and no way out. When the power was cut, the water heater or Boiler to the building I was staying in was shut off and was never reset. Meaning after the 16 hour motorcycle ride in hot muggy weather, we were not able to take a shower the following morning. Unless of course we were willing to take a cold shower. The morning after the power outage we woke up late, realizing we were late by 3 hours to my business meeting due to the alarm clock flashing 12:00 because the power was out previously. When I proceeded to notify the front desk of the Fiasco at hand, Lexi H. running the front desk informed me that the problems we endured while staying at her location commanded a compensated stay. She proceeded to print out a receipt stating a $0.00 balance owed. After returning home over 700 miles away, I then realized that Best Western PLUS had in fact charged me the full amount. An amount in which still remains as charged to my account today, almost a month later. I am a dissatisfied customer.
7.5 Good
Cons: Pillows and mattress were terrible
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location right off interstate
Cons: Room was too small for 2 queen beds, everything was cramped. No night manager on duty. Several families below us (2 story motel) were enjoying themselves outside complete with lawn chairs, screaming yelling playing kids both in & out of the pool after 10pm. Asked for a different room but was told none were available. The Perkins restaurant took about an hour bringing us our correct order.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dog and kid friendly, fun pool, nice location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good bed
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location, nice grounds, pleasant staff.
Cons: The room had several house flies flying about, the door stuck making it difficult to open and close. The room was old and needed updated.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: That I can bring my dog and the breakfast is good.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very delicious and had many options, the coffee was freshly brewed and very hot. The location was overall great the garden around the pool was very nice and peaceful. I liked the natural soaps and shampoo, and the hot tub.
Cons: There was a few areas that could use some cosmetic updates, the bathroom door was also very squeaky so I could tell it was a bit old fixtures and hardware. The lobby was amazing I feel like the room I stayed in did not match the elegance of the lobby or main building.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was acceptable.
Cons: Noise from outside the room all night long.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. A short walk to everything we needed.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was mostly clean and comfortable. Good bed. Mostly enjoyable. Have stayed here many times in the past and this hotel is improving each time we stay.
Cons: The pink ring in the toilet bowl was not a welcome addition. This comes from the bowl not being cleaned properly and frequently enough (should be daily). Everything else was good.
5.0 Okay
Pros: it was clean.
Cons: Keys did not work initially. Television never worked. When assistance was requested from the front desk, we were given poor advice and told if that did not work then someone would have to be called in. By then, it was getting late and we gave up.

Pros: It was great the big cinnamon roll was my favorite
Cons: The price as a single person that I paid for the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location and they finally got good pillows. Each time I stayed there before, their pillows were the worst and if you asked for another pillow they did not have any. That was my only complaint and now that has been resolved.
Cons: no
7.5 Good
Pros: I did like that the staff took responsibility and worked hard to make it right.
Cons: My reservation was mishandled and I had to wait 20 minutes before it was resolved. Also there were no towels or wash cloths in the room, and I had to wait 30 minutes before they were brought to the room. Very unlike other Super 8 motels I have stayed in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just a great place to stay
Cons: It was really good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was nice, clean and well-equipped. Good breakfast, too. A great stay!

Cons: Nothing, it was fine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Exceeded my expectations! Very clean, very comfortable, extremely kind staff. My first time at a Motel 8 and was impressed by this one.
Cons: Wish it were a bit more central to town, but the location just off the freeway was handy.
6.7 Good
Cons: They were undergoing renovation BUT our sink did not have hot water, an outlet by the bed did not work. There was a minor foul odor walking in.

Pros: Close to the freeway and restaurants.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: truthfully most meals were at my sister's place
Cons: everything was great, as expected. I was in Burley visiting my sister who's come down with cervical cancer and just needed a place to sleep and shower. Everything was great and very hospitable.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Beds weren't too bad and sheets were clean.
Cons: I don't think there has been any work done on this place since it was built 50 years ago. I feared the balcony was going to fall out from under me since there were places the cement was rotted out. Our room smelled old and musty mixed with b.o. The towels were old and frayed. The air conditioner was super noisy. Walls were dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ease of unloading the car. Relaxing setting. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice staff.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Definitely not the cleanest place to stay. Floors were dirty in the bathroom. There as other peoples shoes left in the room which made us feel like the room hadn't been clean in between guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked how convenient the hotel is to the highway; the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff; and the next-door location of the Perkins Restaurant.
Cons: The only flaw: We were in room 325 and it was crowded with 2 beds, 2 chairs, a desk, small table, and a larger square table.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet and clean.
Cons: Coffee machine missing tray for coffee. Unable to make coffee. Notified the front desk.
6.3 Good
Pros: Pool was nice
Cons: The lady that checked us in was very rude. The lady in front of me asked if she could have a room on the bottom because she couldn't climb stairs. The front desk clerk interrupted her and said I'll just give you a handycap room. The lady said thank you and she didn't even say your welcome. When it was my turn she Was going to charge me an extra $75 for paying with cash. I told her that was not disclosed when I booked her response was " that's what happens when you book on line" I let her know I had to put my card in file to even book a room and she said "I don't show that, you didn't put anything on file" I then asked if I did put my card on file with her if that would waive the $75 fee and if I could still pay cash. She gave a very rude "yes" response. Instead of her apologizing about the fee not being disclosed, and then letting me know that she could waive the fee and I can still pay cash if I put a card on file she made me ask the questions and responded very rude. She was rude and acted like it was my fault I didn't know of this and didn't use customer service and explain the policy and my options. she also made it seem that it was bad to book online. And then she gave us a room right next to some people who looked like they were living there and we're drug addicts they sat out side their door and we had to step over their legs to get to our door, they looked like they had not showerd in days and their car was packed full of junk and garbage. And their room stunk. It's a nice hotel but have been put next to that and check in being extremely unprofessional made my mind up that I will never book there again. I'd rather pay a little more for better service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet, great location and friendly staff.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: I booked the room specifically because it stated it was a "double room" (needed the extra room for my kids) ... It was misleading it was not a double room but a double bed in the SAME room. I was confused there was another listing in the same hotel which stated double bed and the one I booked which stated double room. I was disappointed when I got there... Also the smell in the room was horrible! I had to use my car freshener and leave the room for a few hours to rid the room of the smell. It smelled of cigarettes and pool water.. Also I didn't let my kids walk barefoot in the room because the carpet was disgusting!!! This is the worst hotel experience we've had..
6.7 Good
Pros: Freeway hotel - what can I say
Cons: Freeway hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were just passing thru and needed a place to lay our heads down...it served that purpose. Nothing great...nothing bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have been traveling for two months this summer. I would say this was the best economic value for my whole trip. I thank you for a great stay.
Cons: There was a loud hum in the morning that I realized was the laundry room near me.
