When we arrived at 2am, we were told there was no parking available. Anywhere. Not at the resort, nor on the street, nor at any other resort. We had to book a different hotel 3 miles away to park there and stayed at the best western in sparks. We were not able to stay at the el dorado because they could not accommodate us. this is unacceptable. we would like a refund.

Best location in Reno especially if you don’t have a car. Good combined facility. Close to bus depot (really good bus routes and fares).

The bed/pillows are just average, not the quality one would expect for a large hotel. They still screw stuff down to the end table -I guess "lamp theft" is a problem? The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated extra towels. The dining was very good. Unfortunately, it is hard to escape the cigarette smoke smell that permeates.

A hidden fee that is 50% of original listed per night rate is scamming people. This is the type of scam that made AT&T lose customers. In addition their Sky Tower shuttle is out of service, and you have to haul A across the bridge, so I don’t know what the fee is for.

Well the passes we’re getting pounded by snow and Circus Circus had very nicely affordable accommodations. So we ‘visited’ Reno for a day.

I like how close it was to the arena I had my conference at. But due to the fact it’s connected to other hotels. I was very confused of where the Silver Legacy hotel lobby was especially being dropped off at the bottom where the casinos are. Need more signs. I got lost 2 out of 3 days I was there.
