The only thing was checking in. The staff was awesome but you need at least 1 more check in person for the line not to be so long. Also I had one room to my brothers name and they did not give him the updated price for the room

The only thing that I will complain about during this trip is being able to get out of the hotel from the parking lot. There were no attendance available to help you get over the gate on two separate occasions. I love the fact that everything was inside movie theater comedy club. It was awesome. The only thing was a little confusing to navigate through but that was my first time going there. Other than that it was great. I'm definitely going back

Hallway carpet was dirty . Housekeeping should vacuum inside and outside hallway when they clean. The King bed was worn out and very uncomfortable that resulted in lower back pain

The tower we stayed at was outdated which was the Dennis tower. But the location is excellent, and boy the customer service! Chuck was fantastic! Just please update all of the rooms! Outside of that very pleasurable trip!
