Okay
Wendy, Aug 2020 - Hampton Inn & Suites Reno
Pros (+) It was clean and the staff was nice.
Cons (-) Was supposedly a suite, but just adding a loveseat to a room does not make it a suite. Was advertised as having a jacuzzi tub. It was a tub with jets, but not what one would think when getting a suite, not big enough for two. Our breakfast order was incorrect.

Pros (+) Receipt in my email on morning of checkout
Cons (-) The check in clerk didn't understand the online checkin process, making me "register" like I walked in off the street. Also didn't acknowledge my hhonors status.

Pros (+) Clean and great breakfast
Cons (-) Very noisy. Young children running the hallways and banging on doors in evening. Lots of noise on floor above too. Three times kids knocked on our door- twice they ran away when it was opened. Once they said sorry, wrong room.

Pros (+) The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are the very best and the friendliest I've ever experienced. Everyone was willingly to help and always with a smile upon their faces! The facility and rooms were top rated as well as extremely beautiful and clean. Recommended to anyone at anytime!
