The first room we were sent to didn't have a properly working showerhead. The second room we were sent to had a working showerhead, however we found the bathrooms were very small and the sink/countertop area was less than adequate on space. The toilet bowl was loose from the floor, we informed management and it was fixed immediately. The carpet also had numerous stains on them. The bed was comfortable, however we felt the rooms were definately in need of upgrading.

I have stayed in the Value Inn several times and each time, the hotel has been clean and quiet. It is in an excellent location for the events that I come to do and a great value for the money. I would request healthier breakfast choices though.

The hotel is just beautiful. The grounds and the buildings are very well maintained and the setting is spectacular! The staff was great and everyone was very willing to help. The bed in our room was extremely lumpy and not comfortable at all. Its a shame because everything else about this hotel was top quality! Our stay at the Broadmoor was a great experience. We were in the West building. Our check-in was fast and easy. We saved approximately $200 per night by booking through Priceline. The bellman was an extremely nice gentleman and he gave us some helpful information about the hotel. Our room overlooked Lake Cheyenne and we had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The view was really special. It was very peaceful. The room was very clean. We had a really good dinner in the lounge on the West side and the next day we ate at the grill on the golf course.
