Lovely hostess, whimsical decor & utterly delicious breakfast! Shared bathroom
Cleanliness, location, amenities. Best B&B I've been to! Front walk difficult to navigate.
very quant & comfortable. Jeri was an awesome hostess & the breakfast was beyond great. the cookies that she left in our room were also delicious. there was nothing that we didn't like. the place was awesome.
Friendly staff and cleanliness. Continental breakfast was extremely poor. Small, plastic wrapped stale danish and coffee was very disappointing.
Price is very less and motel is also good
Quiet, easy parking, good bed, modest free breakfast
clean and cozy check in time on your site was at 2pm they told it is 3pm
view of pond Being in a budget hotel
We have stayed there before, knew what to expect, and expectations were met. I'd love to see a fitness room added.
very clean and a nice view
Desk clerk was awesome and polite
The room was really quiet. Food quality was low. Shower head was totally disgusting it had this nasty scum on in; could have been easily cleaned but this appeared to have never been cleaned. No fridge in the room was tough.

The location. The room smelled horrible when we arrived. We had to open the window and turn the AC on to get the smell out. A pillow had a black hair on it. Carpet had several stains. overall, did not feel clean.
It's a basic hotel, good when traveling. Free breakfast.
Friendly owners who put a lot of personal attention into this place. It's a new building that is clean and well-cared for--very basic and no-frills, but a great place to stay in an environment that has a huge range of shopping and dining experiences. No.
Clean Noise from the loud couple in the next room, talking loudly. Electrical outlets and hair dryer were loose and needed repair.
This hotel was easy to find and in a great location. Lots of amenities close by. Free breakfast was also good.

All Part 1 above. NO
Free breakfast was definitely a plus. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean. Could use more outlets. I did like the extra lamp but if I used it I could not keep the microwave and fridge plugged in at the same time.
A very nice owner. The odor or smell in the hallways and in the room. It's like a pot smell or musty smell. Hallway floors were dirty. Lights are very dim in the hallways not really bright. Some people were weird they stay there, fishy people so to speak.
The staff/owner was personable and extremely helpful. They were very accommodating when it came to requests of rooms. The rooms were clean and had obvious updates done in the bathroom. Completely enjoyed my stay. I would suggest more updates such as wallpaper coming down, maybe rooms with king size beds instead of 2 queens for more space.
Was decent price Limited breakfast and nothing special that stood out
very clean the parking lot was not big enough for a truck and trailer
They had a great choice for breakfast, the room was clean, liked the office chair/desk set up and it was close to where we needed to be. The beds and pillows were hard as a brick and was not very comfortable. Also the rooms are kind of small and cramped feeling.
The hotel was located very conveniently to all types of venues. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Location is perfect if you are attending an event at the CMAC. It's right across the street. Rooms are very basic and clean.parking is included. Room had flat screen tv, small kitchenette which was nice to keep food and drinks in the fridge. Please be aware this is a dorm and not a hotel. It served its purpose. Beds were firm.
It is very close to CMAC, possibly the closest place you can stay.. The refrigerator didn't work. The shower plumbing was apparently hooked up backwards, you had to turn the water to "cold" to get hot. Not a big deal once I figured it out. This was room 106.
Staff was excellent! Very clean and great location. Central to many things as well as a concert venue, which was the purpose of our stay. Only thing lacking were amenities usually associated with hotels. This is a dormitory setting. No carpets, coffee makers or hair dryers! A clean bed, towels and a bathroom, that's about it!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Proximity to CMAC can't be beat. It's a college dorm room at the price of a luxury suite. The furnishings are spartan to use polite terms. The beds were akin to Army cots. Since it really is a dorm, you get to fall asleep to drunken college kids demonstrating their incredible intelligence into the wee hours of the morning. Even if you reserve a room for an event, don't expect it to come with a parking space. They are the closest spot to CMAC off campus and they will sell your parking spot for $20 if your car isn't in it.
About 2 hours after making the reservation we received a call that the hotel had overbooked!! There was only one room available which was a handicap accessible. Went ahead with this but not happy with the change. The price stayed the same!!! This was a 50 anniversary getaway!!!
