Didn't give me RAV4 as it says when book, Kia Sportage is fine but doesn't consist some actived safety features, I should pay more attention on high ways.

Thé service regarding pickup was bad. They said they would close at 6 on my agreement. When they called me they said they were closing at 4 pm. A huge difference for s traveler. I was bounced from kayak to beers to change the pickup time. Hertz didn’t think it was their problem. So I went back and forth. Finding the number to corset hertz was difficult and took a half hour. When I got through they said I should context the pick up location. That’s when I was told that they would be closing at 4. which high was false. I had to pick up my car two hours earlier than I planned because of that misinformation. I felt it was handled very badly and was a stressful experience. It had an impact on the time I decided to head to the airport which hindered my plans with my friends. All in all I wouldn’t do it again

The windscreen wipers were very poor and need replacing immediately. It actually became extremely dangerous as we drove through heavy rain - made visibility very difficult. In addition, you accepted (and we paid for) the hire car rental until Sunday 26th , however the place we were to drop the car off at closes on a Sunday, hence we had to drop the car off a day earlier than expected. Please note for future hiring. Finally, when hiring the vehicle, there was a $750 "hold" on my credit card, however instead of being put through as a hold, it was actually taken out of my account. I hope this is returned quickly.

One issue. Son and his wife were there for 7 days, In the past with other companies we added one of them on as driver and paid for the short time they were there, only to be told that we'd have to pay for the entire 42 days,

We were on Emerald Princess cruise ship and had booked in advance online a car for a day visit to an East Coast Canadian port. We were given a call from the local Enterprise office to advise that there had been problems with the online booking system and that the were no cars available from any of the local rental companies. The phone message was very polite however since no phone calls are available when at sea, we did not learn that we had no car until we docked. We have rented many cars from Enterprise but your online rental system must be improved to avoid future disappointment.
