Good breakfast staff. Light airey restaurant.
Plates were really small. They kept running out of items.
The bed was comfy
Perfect location with really friendly and helpful staff.
Loved everything. Stayed in hurts loads of times and would never stay anywhere else perfect.
Beds very comfortable and location extremely good, close to castle and arcades, and shopping. Short walk from railway station.
High price, but to be fair decent hotels in Cardiff are around same price.
The location and being able to park on site
Our room had no view. It looked straight out on to a brick wall and so made the room very dark. We could not see what the weather was like until we got outside. Also the lighting in the room was terrible . There was a chair in the room which was filthy so we had to ask for extra towels to cover it for us to use. All in all it could have been cleaner. It was a superior king so we felt disappointed . We decided not to eat at the hotel for breakfast or evening meal as we imagined the same standard in the dining area. In fairness to the hotel we did not complain during our stay we had traveled for 5 hours and did not have the energy to start moving around. We had never been to Cardiff before so did not want our 3 days to be troubled . We mentioned it at the check out but got no response at all . So very overpriced and disappointing . Jurys could do to visit a Premier Inn.
