Pros. Room was always spotless very nice tech features great bed very modern design
Cons. Hard to find your way around no one ever offered to show me how to get around the hotel bar was closed every night I was there
Pros. Location was good, staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons. I stayed in room 211. For the price, I would have liked to have seen better upkeep. My overall experience was good but could definitely be better. I would visit again if I saw another special/promo. My concerns are as follows. Mostly minor. The glass panel separating the room and the wash room was rickity, a simple tube of silicon would probably fix this. We intended to use the bathtub on our first night but the water wouldn't get hot, just warm. I presume due to higher traffic usage, during the day it was fine. The storage/linen room on the second floor needs to be replaced, it represents a poor image on the hotel. I'm sure management is aware of this. I like the hotel, but there are minor issues that if tended to would make this place appear more wholesome and less of a transaction of services. Most people come here to get away and relax. Advice to management. Fix/repair the minor things.
Pros. The staff was fairly friendly for the most part, and you can't beat a good soak in their huuuuuge tubs. The bed was pretty comfy and the staff was alright, if a bit rushed at times.
Cons. On the second day of my stay my key decided to stop working, and the hotel staff said that it must have been mis-programmed. The unique lighting on the bed was getting cracked and old and the shower was missing some of the decorative metal covering the screws into the wall. The staff was a little rushed and didn't seem to take their time trying to explain to me the procedures of using the spa with my hotel room, expecting me to be a returning visitor who would regard the process as de rigueur.
Pros. Access to spa facilities and relaxing atmosphere
Cons. Room needs minor repairs, extra pillows not clean
