Cascade Hotels

This is a beautiful, tastefully decorated b & b. It is off the beaten path, but only a short drive into Manitou Springs, and another few minutes to Colorado Springs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were hoping to sample the breakfast, however if was only available during a short window in the morning, which did not fit into our plans.

This place is so wonderful. The room was quiet, clean, and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was 5 star as well!

Everything was amazing. We arrived past midnight on our first night. Everything was well prepared for us to arrive. Truly perfect

The lady who owns it was very sweet and helpful.

No handicapped room available. Not as large of a breakfast selection as we had expected at this price. Long black hairs on at least two of the boiled eggs one morning.

The location worked great to see the main sites in Manitou Springs. Laundry facilities was convenient.

Their breakfast did not have much to offer. No fruit. You could have fruit with your waffle but it was $1 extra. They make the waffles for you but no one was around when we were there. The gentleman at the front desk seemed like he had to much MJ.

Wonderful find--new hotel; spacious room. Some sites would classify the room as a suite because of the location of the couch and desk.

The room, which was a king suite, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Since we needed to eat some meals in the room, we appreciated not only that the room included a refrigerator and microwave but that there was a small table and two chairs.

The hotel staff was polite and courteous, helped us with baggage and let us know to ask if we needed anything at all. The hotel is beautiful, idyllic almost in an area that is generally bustling with activity. The room was spacious and clean and perfect for our first night

Location was close to downtown

$19 "service fee." Why does customer service cost extra? No self-parking. Only valet parking is available for an extra charge. Old furnishings; doilies and damask...grandma would love it, we didn't. Unhelpful check-in front desk staff: he couldn't answer questions and, worse, told us to go find out ourselves without offering assistance. I was really surprised at how much he didn't care about helping us. Overall value was very low. Pay extra to stay at Broadmoor or less to stay at a small hotel nearby. This place was the perfect combination of overpriced and low quality.
