Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with many expressing disappointment in the service, cleanliness, and outdated facilities. Several guests noted technical issues in their rooms, poor maintenance, and a lack of amenities expected from a five-star property. The location received neutral feedback, being convenient for the airport but not particularly appealing otherwise. However, the pool area and some spacious rooms were highlighted as positives, and a few guests mentioned friendly staff and attractive hotel design. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements, but the pool and some aspects of room comfort were appreciated.AI-Generated from customer reviews
