Spoiled rotten by this lovely king 1 bedroom suite! Truly had all the comforts of home, large & luxurious.

This hotel is wonderful if what you want is very clean rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and linens, wonderful staff, free airport shuttle, ample access to a computer with printer - all this, and probably more that I am forgetting - at a really great price! A special shout-out to the Front Office Manager Tim Martinez who is really excellent at his job! If I come come back this way again, I'll be definitely staying here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like - this is a place that checked all the boxes for me!

Very convenient location, near airport. Good amenities for the price. Nice place to stay if you are looking to get to the airport bright and early!

Free shuttle bus to the casino

I had to pay an extra $10 for two queen beds and to stay until 12pm I would have to pay another $20 late checkout fee. When I booked the room it clearly stated check in 3 check out 12. Ridiculous. I booked the room for a Pueblo Crossroad @730am

Our room was never serviced for cleaning. Front desk said they would send a housekeeper and no one never came. Over charged my card. No manager ever called me back.

Place was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and service was excellent. We just needed a place to sleep and it was great for our basic needs.

Stained linens, torn, ragged linens, dirty floors, needs updating, poor TV reception and outdated TV's, poor air conditioning, did not replenish cups and soap, dirty bathroom, peeling wallpaper. Never a manager on duty. Have stayed here every year for the last 5 years and have not had a problem. I don't know what has happened, but it has really gone down hill. We will not choose to stay here again.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. At first I was a bit worried as the common area hallway carpet was dirty and we had a hard time getting out door to open, but after opening the door to our room, I was very happy. Our room was clean and the beds were covered with luxury linens. The AC was very cold, which is greay since I am pregnant and ALWAYS HOT. The staff was great, offering suggestions for many locals attractions and directions. The breakfast was WONDERFUL (scrambled eggs, sausage, assorted pastries and breads, waffles, yogurt, coffee, milk and cereal). With the exception of one staff member, the entire staff went out of their way to insure our comfort, including finding little bags so that my boys could take some cereal on the road with them when we left. One downside is that the pool looked murky and in need of being shocked, but other then that, I would highly reccommend this hotel.....the room was confortable and the breakfast was the best we have had during our 7 days on the road.

We needed a place to stay overnight before a morning flight. This place was quite good. Very nice beds. Very helpful staff. Extremely convenient location.

Great Customer Service and the Free Airport Shuttle

It was a bit noisy on our floor and you could hear the neighbors through the thin walls.

Loved the set up of the room...easily fit our family of five. We got the room with 2 queen beds and the sleeper sofa. The set up of the room would also easily allow for an extended stay. Will definitely book here again!

Staff was helpful in getting us in promptly, and supplied us with information about getting a dinner meal-it was late, we were hungry and there was no place near by to get food. (We ordered in Pizza which was good and came in good time).

No place to walk near by. Chair in our room was broken.

Old, dirty

The staff were very accommodating. The price through Priceline was exceptional ($50). The room-suite was a nice surprise for a Days Inn. We had never stayed at a Days Inn Suites property before, but will consider them on future trips.

There was no elevator to the second floor and no ice machine on the second floor.

Updated, comfortable and clean

I arrived a day early and they gave me the room for that extra day at the same price that I got it from kayak for. Clean room nice comfortable bed quite will definitely stay again

What I didn't like was the eggs that they had for breakfast they were nasty didn't taste good the other thing was something the motel can't control and that's the pan handlers out on the street you step out on the sidewalk or over to the store and you're going to get hit up by at least one or more people everytime asking for money. Could have used more electrical outlets.

Room are up to date and clean

Very clean, nice room. Amenities were perfect for a single night. Staff was awesome. Highest rating for an overnight near the airport.

Don't expect the royal bar... it's pretty basic, but probably perfect for the location and traffic.

Room was overall clean, nice view, casino was great.

Room wasn't ready when we were told it would be, so they moved us to the 4th floor instead of asking if we would mind waiting. The bed comforter was lumpy and dirty. We had a king unit but only was given 3 pillows.

Indoor pool room is loud and has almost nowhere to sit. The only table is so close you get splashed by the kids playing in the pool.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and it was very very noisy. The price of the room did not reflect the socioeconomic status of other occupants.

You can hear everything. The conditioning unit burned. It was kind of dirty.

LOCATION, PRICE

Problem with mattress: very firm around outside edge but softer in middle; makes hammock effect. Okay for single sleeper, but two sleepers tend to gravitate into middle. I complained and mattress was promptly replaced with another just the same.

Location to Fairgrounds

Staff response times were not the greatest from Saturday - Monday. We had to make repeated requests for towels & toiletries. Did not begin cleaning room until Tuesday. After that all was good.

That the dishes and silverware were provided. Stayed in the same hotel in TX and it did not have any dishes or silverware.

The only issue was the toilet had a backflow; otherwise, it was great.

Management and staff went out of their way to help me get around when the rental car I reserved was not available

I loved the beds. They were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the deluxe breakfast, and the hot tub.

The pool was freezing cold even though they said it was a heated indoor pool. The walls were very thin, so we could here the people next door to us.

Located nr. Expressway, clean and comfortable. Located in the old part of Albuquerque.

Quiet room, comfy beds, smelled pleasant, staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Decorated nicely.

It was average. To be expected

Carpets do need a shampooing, no closet space rooms were kind of small. Getting in and out I parking was a hassle. Because of the way the road is. Have to make a big u turn if coming from the North.

Very accommodating, and close to the artsy district.

Dead spider was squished into the corner of a wall. Sheets extremely staticky; two of my biggest pet peeves! Wonderful besides that.
