Staff wasn’t at desk to check in. I had to call for someone to come to the desk. Then they gave me the wrong room number so I tried accessing a room someone was already occupying.
Pros (+) There was no phone in the room. We got a king suite room and I’m not sure exactly what made it a suite... makes me wonder what the other rooms looked like... walls were super thin. You can hear everything.
