Pros. isolated, quiet, green, just beautiful setting. the inn was unique and had an old feel, with a modern look. i loved it and would go back in a heartbeat, and hopefully get to stay longer. i really enjoyed the plantation next door, and the restaurant at the plantation, too. admission was included with our stay. Our meal at the plantation restaurant was excellent, in a beautiful setting and charming atmosphere.
Cons. i loved the unique rooms, but noticed some very minor cleanliness issues like the vent over the shower was very dirty. also, our one free hot breakfast entree at the lake house was appreciated, but really not worth it. two of us waited an hour for our meals and got the orders wrong when they finally came out, and the food was not very good. The wait staff was very friendly, however.
Pros. Place is simply beautiful with lots to do. It's clean and close to Charleston as well. N/A
