I didn’t have hot water the entire time of my stay and also it just wasn’t very nice or clean. The location was great but that was about it.

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and downtown access, and many found the rooms and common areas to be clean and well-maintained. However, there were frequent complaints about elevator issues, with long wait times and even guests getting stuck. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as rude or unresponsive. Room size and amenities did not always meet expectations, with several guests noting small rooms, missing refrigerators, or malfunctioning air conditioning.
