I asked for double bed. When checking in, I was told they could not find my reservation. After a while, the reservation was found, but apparently, it was a smoking room with king sized bed. But they found a non smoking room with a king sized bed, then they gave me a separate bed on wheels, but that bed had a stink bug on it. So, I did not use it.
Pros. It was affordable and clean. Needed a place to stay after a concert and it was a third of the cost of everywhere else. Exceeded my expectations when I arrived.
Pros. My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting Charlottesville for a concert on a Tuesday night and it was nothing short of perfect for $59. The front desk clerk was very friendly and we were able to park right out front of our room. We got a non-smoking room with double beds and it was VERY clean (no dingy old smokey smell to it, either)! Refrigerator, microwave, heat/AC, free wifi (great connection), and ice/vending machines right outside of the room. The shower/bath tub was a bit stained but clean nonetheless and worked quite well (nice pressure). It wasn't loud outside either and the room was pretty big too. We were extremely pleased with the state of the room and got a wonderful nights sleep. We would absolutely recommend staying here and plan too whenever we come back again!

Pros. The rooms were clean, staff was nice, and the price was affordable. Alot of restaurants around hotel.

Pros. location was convenient for where I was room was available during a snow storm for <$100

No smoking sign on the door, but the room smelled like an ashtray - I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out & they tried to blame it on the room next door but I told her even the bathroom curtain smelled. When I got home and pulled out my sweats I slept in, they smelled like an ashtray. Sheets/blankets had cigarette burns in them. Found a cellophane wrapper from a cigarette pack on the floor. Furniture was severely stained; room needed a paint job; no electrical outlets near the desk. Limited water pressure in the shower and shower head not moveable to prevent the need to stand almost on top of the drain. Bathroom vent needs to be cleaned (thick layer of dust). Parking was not well cleared from snow - spaces across from the room in the back were, but no clear path to the room. No place to park when checking in - I had to block the rear entry & other guest was not happy with me.
