Our Sales Rep, Jalel, was amazing! Couldn't have been more pleasant! He made the whole check out/check-in process very easy and was perfectly splendid! No issues whatsoever with the car. Returned it with no issues. However, an issue occurred with pymt. My total cost should've been $552 US dollars, including purchasing full coverage insurance. After the initial hold (including deposit) of $852 was released, Sixt tried to process a charge of $2388 US dollars!! Thankfully, this was declined by my card company. Maybe, my card was hacked and this was a fraudulent attempt. At the time of writing this review, I have not had time to research this issue but will. Outside of this pymt issue, I experienced no problems.

Europcar’s customer service was outstanding. The only difficulties we had were finding the place (the directions on both Google and the Europcar hotline are incorrect, they are not located in the parking area they say they are behind the station, they are located in front of the station with all of the other rental car companies), and when we were unable to make it to the office before closing due to travel delays, they couldn’t get us the promised rates the next day and we were unable to make changes in Expedia either. Will book through them directly next time as we paid their rates in the end anyways.

The car had a chip on the windscreen, the people were amazing but finding a car was a bit of a struggle, and it took forever :/ The car was ok in the end (apart from the chipped windscreen, and the fact that the board computer was not compatible with Apple CarPlay making it quite difficult to play music, use GPS apps from the phone, and not even an USB-C plug inside so couldn't charge the phone (the wireless charger didn't seem to actually charge...) Nothing bad against the people there, they were great and joyful :)
