Pros: The women that helped me were very nice.
Cons: I wasn’t told the daily insurance was optional. I was told to pick from basic or higher. This cost an extra $140.00 which is not professional in my opinion.

Local office was great, central customer service was terrible
Pros: The staff at the Queens Village office was great and the value of the rental was excellent.
Cons: My car got a flat in Massachusetts and Enterprise did nothing to help. After a wait of five hours, roadside assistance told me they had arranged a replacement car- which they insisted upon, rather than simply patching the damaged tire. When I arrived at the local office, there was no car for me. I was subsequently told I would be charged for not returning the car on-time (which I could not do, as I was stranded in Massachusetts). The local office staff are helpful but the central office is terrible.

Excellent
Pros: Friendly efficient sevice. Car worked well. Conveniently located from JFK but needed to take an UBER for $35 @ way. Good deal at this location

Cons: Car was dirty and beat up. They offered to take it to the car wash but I was already running late

Great service! Professional knowledgeable staff!
Pros: Excellent service by the manager there, Jason (I believe that was his name), as well as all the staff! True professional, and was incredibly nice. They were able to upgrade me to a nicer rental (a class or 2 up) than what I requested. I will most definitely be returning for my next rental needs. They mention and offer to you unnecessary extras but were also very knowledgeable about what was actually useful to get and what wasn't for my specific circumstances, and they did not lie about a single thing.
Cons: I have no complaints whatsoever. There was literally nothing that I could have requested more from a car rental.

Pros: these guys are awesome: free pickup the evening before, free upgrade to a much more comfortable vehicle, very fast processing, very friendly

On the Ball
Pros: Very friendly, down to earth staff. Their customer service was on the ball. Plus, the price matched the booking quote - the only surprise was...a free upgrade! It definitely made our Christmas better.
Cons: No complaints.

Computer error on Thanksgiving week, but great cus
Pros: We were upgraded to a nicer vehicle (Toyota Corolla to a Hyundai Santa Fe). After the computer error both the national Wnterprise office and the local rental location in Flushing were quick to fix the issue and charge us appropriately.
Cons: The upgrade vehicle had worse gas mileage than we had planned on which was significant for a drive of ~2,000 miles. The "free" upgrade did not include unlimited mileage when all my initial rental paperwork did. We later found out that it is standard for nicer vehicles to not have unlimited mileage. However, this caused some stress at pickup because with our "free" upgrade (because it was the only vehicle on the lot) we were now going to have to pay $.25/mile over the included amount of miles. This would have been over $100 extra for our long trip. *this was all corrected relatively quickly, but after a few phone calls with the national and local office*
