Pickup was slow because the Alamo employee had a conflict with another renter. Price was high but I guess that could be expected for a one-way delivery. I was concerned because the rental agent seemed very concerned with tiny scratches, but ultimately I wasn't given a hard time when I brought the car back. Overall it was a good experience.
Antonio Ivan who helped us was the BEST. He made sure we got the car we needed at top quality and helped us understand the insurance options without overselling.
The car was not the make or model we were expecting. It was difficult to get accustomed to some of the features of the car.

Waited over 1 hour at the Budget desk in Brindisi - in 36*C/90F degree heat. They had a “take a number “ ticketing system which no one was respecting. Eventually I got a car which still had dirty tissues and receipts from the last rental. And I still was asked to write down my email and phone which I will never understand since that info is in the reservation already! Really mediocre experience.

My experience was terrible. Renters be aware at budget airport counter in Brindisi ! Make sure you get someone to go with you and inspect the car. Video and take detailed pictures of each minimal scratch and condition of the vehicle otherwise they will try to make you pay for someone else damage. The person at the counter when I picked up the vehicle told me do not worry about inspection we know all the scratches and on the contract was listed .when I returned the car the guy disregarded all that and want to point scratches previously there. Just be aware!
Scam company. Rejected my credit card on pretense the number poorly visible even though clearly visible by all. Still were happy to go ahead with the same card if we get the upgrade and buy expensive insurance. Declined the refund and still charged my card . We with family not only wasted our time and money had to go and find the car in a different place.
Extremely poor service from a terrible company. We were waiting nearly an hour to be collected from the airport when the office is less than 10 Minutes away. The also charged us an after hours fee when we collected the car, even though this was clearly their fault. We received an estate car when we specifically asked for an SUV. They couldn’t accommodate! After 2 days the Adblue light came on so we had to fill the Adblue and are yet to be reimbursed for this. The people from Filorent were extremely aggressive and confrontational at the office. Never ever use this company!!
