Employee didn't know how to process my reservation with Apple Card. They were out of the type of car I reserved so gave me something very different and I didn't even know how to operate it and they didn't explain anything. I had to call Hertz to request a no-show refund because the employee just made a new transaction when he couldn't figure out how to use my actual reservation. Then all those delays with the card caused us to miss the event we were renting the car to go to so we had to waste a couple hours to do the event at a different time. It was really dissappointing.

The vehicle being available. Pickup location said the vehicle wasn’t available and that the online reservation doesn’t care if anything is available that they get paid no matter what. The pick up locations wasn’t accommodating or tried to locate a vehicle at another location in the area.
