The staff was friendly when I arrived. However, I could not reached to them via phone when I needed to ask a question. They just do not respond to the phone.Cons:
I was supposed to pay 32.59 as a total charge at the dropp off. However, the dropoff clerk charged me $42.60 despite the fact that the tank was full. When I talked to her, she said she has done it by mistake and the money will be returned back to me. I still could not get my money back.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I had to stop and ask an employee where to park because there were not any Alamo signs in the parking lot. I was informed that Alamo was part of the Enterprise/National family of companies. My recommendation is to have signs of all three companies over the parking spots in the return lot at the College Station airport.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I have now been in this Hertz office three times. This is the slowest most unhelpful rental car office I've ever been in. It is busy, but mostly because it backs up with only two very slow people working there. Very frustrating dealing with the people in this office. Don't even try to call, you'll get put on indefinite hold or they won't answer at all.6.8 Okay
Oct 2017
Pros:
Good daily rate, clean cars, easy drop off.Cons:
This place is very busy. Expect a few people in front of you, don't expect the phones to be answered, and don't expect to get the car you reserved. Specifically asked when I picked the car up if I could extend my rental if my car wasn't ready at the shop. They said yes, as long as it was within 12 hours. I called 24 hours beforehand and they wanted to charge me a fee for changing my reservation! I was very put off that this fee wasn't mentioned when I asked about this specific situation. Also, felt very pressured to buy their insurance, which I didn't appreciate. Said multiple times I was covered both by my regular insurance as well as my credit card, but they kept asking about it.One location in College Station
