The staff was helpful, but a little pushy! Know your audience - I definitely was not interested in upgrading to a different model for an extra $5 a day.More explanation on tolls and hard copy of receipt.

My issue is with the third party booking. Apparently, I booked an after hours pick-up time without knowing it. Kayak usually prevents me from booking or returning to a rental car office that doesn't have off-hours pick-up/drop-off. Not this time. When I showed up at my rental car site, it was already closed. Couldn't get my car rental as there is no off hours pickup. Sad.

Great ExperienceCheck in was smooth and staff was very friendly. Great car that exceeded our expectations. When dropping off the car we left a bag in our car and the staff member we found in his car went out of his way to get us out bag and not miss our flight. A+ operation and will use them again when traveling to Boston.
