Cons: Car was not ready. We had to wait 5 hours for the car. Most of the communication with the branch had to be initiated by us. We were left with a feeling that we were mislead by the staff and definitely given low priority. Upon returning car, they had no one available to return us to train station. They finally offered to call a cab for us. My wife demanded a credit on the bill for the cab ride which was rellunctantly tendered. As usual with Interprise, their fuel tank policy is a nuisance.
