Pros: Car interior was very clean.

Cons: Exterior had significant surface damage. When braking on an incline, the car shuddered significantly, making the ride feel incredibly unsafe on the highway.

Pros: The rental car area was very easy to locate

Cons: The prices listed for rental car’s were incorrect, upon arrival we were charged significantly more for a car for an automatic transmission even though we had selected one in our online reservation. The car we were given also had significant mechanical issues. Overall the experience was not just inconvenient it was dangerous! I would never consider booking another rental car this way.

Charged 430 euros for a very small scratch

Cons: It wasn’t our fault at all. I believe somebody tried to break into the car during our stay and they scratched a little the top and the door. We didn’t notice until we returned the car. But Europcar charged us 430 euro for this.
