Office indicated a shuttle was available from hotel to rental facility. Not only was there no shuttle, the location was closed due to the holidays. This is understandable but they should NOT have accepted a reservation for a time they would be unable to provide a vehicle. Rental location is NOT accessible from airport. Ended up paying more than twice expected to rent from a competitor.6.0 Okay

Car was new and clean and drove well. Staff at the office was nice and friendly. Price was fair. They did not hassle me about getting insurance.Cons:
Called the office to have the shuttle come pick me up at the airport. It took 40 minutes for them to arrive. Then their garage is another 15-20 minutes from the airport. If you are flying in and out of the airport and time and convenience is important to you, rent from someone at the airport.8.0 Very good

I was upgraded to a van at no extra charge, but it was too big of a vehicle for me, and consumed lots more gas than the car I asked for would have. I was told at time of pick up that there would be a shuttle to the airport for me, but when I arrived to return the van, they were closed and I had to pay for a cab.Avis

There was no signage marking that the rental desk was in the Hotel. If I hadn't ran into the agent outside I would have been wondering the parking lot forever.2.0 Poor

Had booked a much smaller compact car online, but upon pickup I was given a "free upgrade" to a much large sedan. While the car was bigger and had more features, it also used much more gasoline than I would have liked and therefore I really did not appreciate my "free upgrade."6.0 Okay

They were quick and efficient. Drop off guys quickly walked around and said it was good to go.Cons:
Car smelled like somebody was smoking weed in it. They told me it was new car smell. When my wife got in her first reaction was "ew". Car was dirty, exterior not washed so we are doing this walk around and can't tell what was a scratch and what was dirt. They kept telling me I was responsible for windshield damage. The windshield was chipped in 2 spots, but when asked if the existing chip spreads am I responsible they were unable to provide an answer.7.6 Good

I reserved a car I thought was at/near the airport. When I went to the Budget counter I found out the Budget location you gave me was almost 20 miles away. I ended up renting a car at the airport for twice as much as I was expecting. Thanks a lot.Hertz
