Pros: Good Service and friendly helpful people
Cons: I asked for a car at Hector field and my reservation was actually in town not at the airport.
We were charged an additional 10% and this was disappointing.

Make sure you are renting from the right location!
Pros: The service was extremely friendly, upgraded us several categories for a nominal charge. The agent was super helpful in trying to save us the money on the airport surcharges.
Cons: I booked for Fargo, and it was the downtown location instead of the airport. The agent was super helpful and suggested Uber to get us to the right location and avoid the 18% surcharge that the airport had. However, that was convenient.
