Cons: They didn't had a babyseat; I was supposed to have international drivers licence (stated in little black letters). Obviously I just lost my time.

Pros: The workers at Enterprise were excellent. They very kindly gave us a ride home as well. It's definitely my favorite car rental place in Montréal.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is when they give you the car with the gas tank partially full. It's really difficult to return it at the same level and I think it's better and simpler to give the customer the car with a full tank of gas.

Pros: Rental vehicle - late evening pick up at parking lot. No one from Rental company was there with me to walk aournd the vehicle to spot any thing. Rental vehicle was not parked in designated spot . The area where the vehicle was not well lighted. So the inspect around was not clearly done. When I return on 30th July morning . The rental emloyee find out two minor scratches on the passenger side - front and rear. So minor I had not noticed. I took pictures using my phone but scratches were not visible in very high and well luminated spot light area.
Cons: I told the manager Don, I was notice it before. I called Holiday Inn at Montreal YUL airport to cooperate with Alamo rental company for investigation. I called back to rental company to inform that hotel will put a police report. Manager insisted that I was to inspect vehicle before I rented out. I had to fly back and was able to catch flight because it was delayed for some reasons. I like you to work with them to resolve the issue that I was not at fault and these minor sacrashes can happen as lot of kids and people are on road and Renter can not warranty such things 24/7. Thank you

ENTERPRISE CAR has one of the worst customer servi
Cons: I was able to complete my car reservation, everything was good. Then the day before I was supposed to pickup the car, I was called by a careless Enteprise employee indicating that they had no availability and that I should keep looking for options. Again, no indicating during the booking that this company didn't have cars available. Called Enteprise directly and the customer services and rentals manager himself told me that either I had to look for more options myself, or they would give me a similar car they had in a different location but for which the price was twice the amount I had initially booked for. I asked them to match my initial price because at the end of the day this hasn't been my fault, and the guy said that wasn't possible because 1) they never do that 2) I had booked through a 3rd party (aka KAYAK)... awful!! I ended up booking a much better car with Ace Car Rentals that actually costs 20$ less that the price I had gotten here through KAYAK and Enterprise.
