Pros: I liked The most the toilet and bathroom
And the comfort of beding
Cons: The Value was over priced
Pros: Amazing experience. Facilities were first class, and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
Cons: Only wish there was an on site spa. However the concierge arranged am appointment for me at a nearby spa.
The Ritz-Carlton Montreal opened its doors on December 31, 1912. Since then, the luxury hotel has been the address of choice for discerning travelers and public figures, hosting everyone from Elizabeth Taylor and Queen Elizabeth II to Winston Churchill and the Rolling Stones. A recent $200-million restoration brought cutting-edge technology to the Grande Dame, yet guests will still find historic charm throughout the five-star hotel in Montreal, from the luxurious accommodations to the lobby, where the curved front desk has stood since the opening. Today, well-versed palates come to this AAA Five Diamond hotel, the only in Quebec, for Maison Boulud, an upscale restaurant offering a twist on traditional French cuisine. Offering another twist on a familiar setting, the indoor saltwater pool overlooks the city from the rooftop. Set in the heart of downtown, guests can enjoy the surrounding neighborhood, which includes the Golden Square Mile, high-end boutiques, galleries and museums.
Pros: Loved the location! Super clean and comfortable. Friendly staff
Cons: Walls aren't as sound proof as I would have liked.
Pros: Awesome place. Nice outdoor pool (like a hot tub in winter). Very clean and modern setup. Close to shopping.
Pros: It's close to everything, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: A few buildings near the hotel are currently under construction and make some some noise.
Pros: Small and quiet. Boutique feel. Very good service. Hotel restaurant was better than I expected, given the yelp reviews. The room was very clean, had classical music playing. Wifi was fast and responsive. Exchange rates made this place very affordable.
Cons: Construction on the building next door - more of a pain to walk around did not cause extra noise. Service may have been *too* over the top. They'd call every day to make sure I didn't want housekeeping, even though the tag was on the door. Had to redo wifi every 24 hours.
Pros: Nice room, great bed and convenient downtown location.

Whether it is for business, leisure or shopping Le St-Martin's location truly ideal!
Pros: Not enough good things can be said about this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and the rooms spacious. We had a luxury King and the bathroom was the size of the bedroom. The staff was excellent. The concierge secured us a dinner reservation at a place that was booked solid. You also can't beat the location. Right by shopping, restaurants and Bell Centre.
Cons: There was a wedding reception going past midnight. Our parking was comped because of the noise which was a floor below us. That was a nice gesture.
Pros: They were very helpful and they took really good care of us and the restaurant was great!
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Being charged 40 dollars for parking.
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed accomodations, great location. We rented bikes during our stay, and staff helped us store them. Also helped make restaurant reservations, print airline boarding passes, and anything else we needed.
Style and substance go hand-in-hand at Loews Hôtel Vogue. In our hometown of Montréal, anything else would be out of place.
Pros: Very accommodating. Great neighborhood. clean and nice. Terrific service. Nice restaurant and breakfast spread. Rooftop bar. Overall the staff could not have been more responsive and very accommodating. Our room was very nice. A petite suite, loved the spa tub and comfortable king-sized bed. We will definitely stay again.
Cons: Staff (Melanie) needs to be careful sending clients to tourist restaurants. We specifically stated no "tourist restaurants". There are so many lesser-known restaurants that are fabulous and worth trying. We were sent to Vieux port steakhouse for sunday brunch. We had slop. We arrived sunday morning. After we saw many terrific cafes and brasserie. And please note she (Melanie) did NOT tell us about the rooftop bar or your new restaurant. Perhaps we would have gotten our sunday late morning/ early lunch there.
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and beautiful, cozy room! The shower was amazing, with the second rain shower overhead and the fireplace was perfect for the time of year (early April- about 0 degrees Celsius) my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the complementary water and chocolate brought to our door every day. It was a sweet touch. The location was convenient. A lot of great restaurants and site seeing nearby! And the metro is less than a 5 minute walk. What we probably appreciated the most was the concierge who sat right in the lobby, ready for our questions. We had many. Wanting to know the best places to eat and visit, even making reservations for a tour and dinner reservation. she was the best!
Cons: Probably the only thing we didn't like was the continental breakfast. $19 per person. Definitely not worth the price. There wasn't a lot of options and it was all cold (granted we ate at around 10am) so it sat out for a couple hours but I would have expected the food be kept in chafing dishes to stay warm for that price. so needless to say that was the only time we ate breakfast in our hotel. So many other great breakfast spots around the corner!
Pros: Clean, spacious, attractive. Staff was very nice and responsive.
Cons: My room - 412 - was a corner room and the heat was not working properly. Maintenance came up and did not do anything useful. I had housekeeping bring up a space heater to keep the room warm.
Without the space heater, the room was about 65 degrees. Too cold for sleeping for me. The hotel should keep the facility a little warmer overall, and not let the rooms get so cold. The HVAC system did not put out nearly enough heat.
Pros: We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and enjoy some downtime before the holidays. Every detail is considered at this hotel. The staff were responsive, warm, and very accommodating. We stayed in a petite suite, loved the spa tub, rainfall shower, and plush, down king-sized bed. The Verses restaurant downstairs offers impeccable contemporary French fare, and Olive and Gourmando just down the street is perfect for fresh coffee and croissants in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Street noise can be slightly loud late at night in the front facing rooms

Pros: We loved the location and the staff. the room was spacious and trendy with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, a small kitchenette and a second pull down bed. This is a great spot for families. Pets are accepted (you probably need to make a prior arrangement.
Pros: Friendly staff, separate bedroom, kitchenette with small stove, cookware and kitchenware, in the heart of Old Montreal.
Pros: The room was lovely and we liked having a mini-kitchen. The staff behind the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations.
Cons: Going to the bar for a cup of coffee in the morning, I received cold coffee, which they did replace, but there was a lot of chaos there. Somebody came in to stock the alcohol for the bar, three other staff there, but it still took awhile. Then while drinking my coffee a supervisor came and was reprimanding those 3 staff people, instead of taking them to the back room to do it.

Pros: Very convenient hotel. Walked downstairs to check in luggage and then went back up and rested for a while. Great staff!!!
Cons: Everything was enjoyable.
Pros: Located at the airport
Cons: Everything was clean except the room service table , it's dirty under it, legs and Wheals at fealty
Pros: Great service. Gave my daughter a birthday sendoff just prior to our flight. Very clean, lots of natural light, Bijou had decent wine list and menu. Will stay here again. Much better quality and value than Sheraton montreal airport.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, convenience
Cons: Additional fees e.g City Taxes, Parking charges

Pros: Great location - walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Polite, bilingual staff.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
Great breakfast included.
Cons: It was a little pricey. It was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at and although I don't have any complaints, I just expected a little more for my money. Parking wasn't included. Rooms were equivalent to a mid-range hotel.
When you stay at Hotel de l'Institut, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from University of Quebec-Montreal and Percival Molson Memorial Stadium. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out the restaurant, and the bar/lounge is the perfect spot to grab a drink at the end of the day. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer balconies, flat-screen TVs, and refrigerators.
Pros: Everything including location, parking, fitness center, staff
Cons: Nothing, this hotel went above and beyond expectations, great place to stay in Montreal!!
Pros: Beautiful hotel, attentive and pleasant staff, large rooms (mostly nice views), nice heated outdoor pool and fitness room. Centrally located - Peel Metro Station is only one block away. Lovely lounge. Reasonable valet parking rate. Excellent breakfast offering in hotel cafe. Our first choice for accommodations when visiting Montreal. Great for business trips, but also family-friendly!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Pros: Spacious rooms, cheap price
Cons: water in hot tub was brown. Pool closed for the winter. Single ply!!! Everything is from 1991
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Loved our king room! Nice views of the area and very comfortable and luxurious-feeling room! This hotel is quite a walk from old montreal, but it was very close to lots of good bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros: Hotel was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Was also in a great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, old Montreal and other landmarks.
Pros: We only stayed one night, but I was happy with our choice. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and have plenty of natural light, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the pool is shallow but big enough to do laps. It's across from McGill University, and a good 30-45mins walking distance to the Notre-Dame Basilica.
Cons: Parking was $35/night.
Pros: Big room and bathroom, the pool, the location, friendly staff.
Cons: Can hear noise from adjacent room and from street (were on 11th floor).
Pros: Bedding, view, tranquility and large bathroom. The staff was supper friendly, knew our names and we we were thrilled! In-out parking that was prompt. A perfect stay!
Cons: No bad words a perfect stay!
Pros: Nicely decored, generally friendly and helpful staff. Located near McGill. Safe in room was useful. Great room service.
Cons: Expensive parking. Hallways and room could have been a little cleaner. Loud hallways sometimes.
Pros: The hotel is in central Montreal and very close to McGill University. It manages to feel warm and welcoming while at the same time hitting a high standard for service and amenities. We have stayed at 5-6 hotels in the area and this has become our hotel of choice. Be sure to join the preferred customer club - it is free and gives you free wifi and free coffee delivered to your room every morning.
Cons: Discrepancy in room sizes when two parties made identical reservations in same class at same price at same time.
Hotel Omni Mount Royal sits at the foot of Mont Royal, along chic Sheerbrooke Street in Montreal's Golden Square Mile neighborhood. Peel Station is a 4-minute walk from the hotel, where visitors can tap into Underground City, a subterranean network of shops and galleries.
Cons: Hot water pressure was almost non existent-- in shower, bath, and sink. Staff was ready to help; however, I didn't notice this until late at night on my one night stay. Wouldn't normally be a huge deal but the luxurious bathroom is what made me choose this hotel over two other similar contenders. Additionally, HBO was the only channel that didn't work. Not sure if they advertise having HBO on the website, but it was on the channel guide and didn't have any service.
Pros: 5 star hotel and a great value
Cons: 5 star hotel and a great value. Only complaint was the resturant, that however was not an issue as there are many outstanding resturants within walking distance
Pros: The staff were professional and pleasant. The details were attended to. I loved that I got in my room and didn't have to call down for a corkscrew. The location is convenient. It is expensive, but not ridiculous.

Pros: Really nice place, large rooms, kitchen, open area, well stocked. Super place for a large group (though no parties or noise allowed of course). Each apt is named, was in "Industriel".
Cons: Did not get clear indication from my booking confirmation that I had to call the LikeAHotel 800 number to checkin and be able to enter the apartment. (There's no one on site.) Figured out on my own. Unusual checkin but works well.
Located in Old Montreal, this apartment is within a 15-minute walk of World Trade Center Montreal and Notre Dame Basilica. Bell Centre and Bonsecours Market are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Cons: Burger sliders at the bar was dry and rancid
Cons: i reserved a room wih two beds. I wss given a room with a king. I requested extra bedding so that my friend and I could separate in the bed somewhat. The concierge promised to provide this. She never sent any extra bedding. The sheets that were in my room had a hole in them and there was hair in my shower.
Pros: Nice hotel at central location, nice gym, comfy bed and room.
Cons: Noisy A/C - asked to fix, but guy claimed that's the normal noise level for their equipment, weird. And in one day, there were no hot water in shower for long time, had to take an almost cold one - water did come in about hour later.
Cons: Dirty bed linens
Pros: The location and room was absolutely wonderful.
Cons: Loved everything about my stay
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Free WiFi and Hotel was underneath the metro which made things easy if you know where your going.
Cons: Bathroom was small and the main restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey.
Pros: The view from the 21st floor
Cons: The wifi wasn't working and no obe would help
Pros: Metro is right under the hotel.
Walking distance to almost all attractions, if you're used to walking (Old Montreal, the Cathedral, Chinatown)
Cons: Older hotel.
Mall in the hotel is not very lively at all.
Garaged parking is quite expensive CAN$25-34. You can park on the street for free after certain hours.
Pros: Housekeeping staff and concierge were nice and helpful.
Cons: Food was blah and exorbitantly priced. Salads for two: over $50; breakfast buffet for two: over $50. What a complete waste of money! Save yourself time and money and grab a quick bite in the cafe a few shops down the hall or better yet at an outdoor cafe. The front desk staff were rude. when I checked in, I was told I had booked a king (needed a double), and that I was lucky they weren't sold out, so he was able to give me a room with a double (after sufficient attitude was delivered my way). I later found my confirmation email that clearly stated "deluxe double room". If I can find an alternate, clean hotel, I won't stay here again.
Pros: Great support staff, everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. and I do mean everyone at the hotel. Being located over the metro was big convenience to access subway system,
Cons: Why is breakfast always so pricey? It's too easy to spend $75-$100 for a family of four...
Pros: Maybe its good for extended stay or business travler
Cons: no concierge service we had to wait just about 45 minutes for service

Pros: We enjoyed facials and massages at the spa. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet was plentiful.
Pros: Clean happy staff and affordable
Pros: The location is excellent, close to main amenities in downtown Montreal. The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. I would definitely return to Delta Montreal.
Cons: This a short term stay hotel, the room was not equipped with a mini-fridge (although it offers complementary water bottles every morning).
Pros: Clean with decent amenities in a good location near the metro.
Cons: Carpet was worn, balcony doors didn't open.
Pros: The concierge was amazing. He gave great advice and made our restaurant reservations. Definitely will use the service of a concierge in my future travels.
Loved the room style and décor, very modern. The room we had was pretty big and had a cute balcony, though I wish there were a couple of chairs out there to be able sit.
Cons: The breakfast is not worth it for the price they charge. Go outside the hotel to St. Catherine's. We found a great place where we got to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
Also getting a drink at the bar is way too costly for the amount of liquor you receive.
The housekeeping staff I would say is kind of slow at cleaning. We left the hotel room at 9am and returned at 4:30pm. Our room was still not cleaned. I ended up just asking for fresh towels. We were relaxing and getting ready for the evening when we received a note underneath our door saying that if we were leaving by 6pm they would still clean our room. At least they did leave a note.
Pros: We like the location, and amenities. Everything was great. Staff was wonderful
Cons: Coffe at the restraunt was over priced and burnt. Not good....
Pros: Rooms are efficient and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Food is mediocre but the staff is lovely.
Pros: Large rooms for a city hotel. Clean, updated rooms.
Pros: The location is right downtown. It was easy to walk to meals and attractions. There is also a hotel bar and restaurant that looked nice but we wanted to see Montreal :)
The staff were all very friendly and the room was modern and clean. The pictures of the hotel are very accurate. It was nice and very reasonable to stay there!
Pros: The location was absolutely amazing. The staff was great and the rooms were nice and at a decent price. Great bang for your buck
Pros: Delta Montreal was only about 2-3 blocks from the Metro, which was pretty convenient. Staff was pretty helpful the few times I asked them about things. The room was pretty large - it looks just like the photos online (when I saw it online I was convinced the pictures were of a suite, but most regular rooms are actually that enormous!). The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was overall very clean. Since there were 3 elevators I never had to wait long. The smart desk was really cool, though we never made use of it. I also never used the gym and pool, so I can't attest to their quality.
Cons: If you want to spend time in Old Montreal, it's a bit of a hike on foot (though that isn't the hotel's fault). The room could have used more drawer space (there was only 1 drawer available).

And spend time exploring the city while you're here; we're within walking distance of Old Montreal, and close to McGill University and the Bell Centre. We look forward to welcoming you to the Delta Hotels Montreal!
Cons: The only downside was that there was a road closed nearby, and therefore it took ages for the Uber drive to find the hotel. It would have been helpful for the front desk to have informed me of that (I told them I was waiting for an Uber) so that I could have communicated that to the Uber driver.
Pros: Close to airport. Hot extensive breakfast never ran out of foods even on busy weekends
Cons: Firm/Hard bed. No outside space to get sun or relax.
Pros: Breakfast and check in was excellent
Cons: VERY DIFFICULT to get to by rental auto. Ridiculous $12. charge every time you park your car.

Pros: Perfect blocs toon, very friendly and helpful Staff.
Pros: highly recommended for a Montreal visit...close to everything
Cons: parking can be a challenge... day staff very helpful but late evening attendant offered little help other than to suggest paying for overnight parking in the park
Pros: Small, friendly and homey. The view from my room was incredible as well as the room itself. The front desk staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. You wake up to the smell of homemade muffins. Central to all the tourist attractions.
Cons: It didn't bother me at all, I actually like it but there is no elevators, if you're on the third floor expect to climb some stairs.
Parking across the street for $8/day. A very nice breakfast buffet, comprised of egg dishes, fruit, pate, breads...is served each morning. The hotel also sells wine - by the glass or bottle, and beer, and has a kitchen with snacks open from noon to midnight for hotel guests. There is also a terrace off the second floor which we didn't find until our last day there.
Pros: Location in the Plateau neighborhood of Montreal is walking distance to lots of great cafes, patisseries, Mont Royal park....loved the location!
Cons: Nice room with view of Parc le Fontaine, but busy, noisy street between hotel and park. Next time I would request a room at the back of the hotel.
Pros: Nice older building, next to a nice park, nice neighborhood.
Cons: I could not control the heat.
When you stay at Auberge de La Fontaine, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of University of Quebec-Montreal and La Ronde Six Flags. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, and free perks include buffet breakfast and WiFi. Other highlights at this Victorian hotel include a bar/lounge and a terrace.
When you stay at Auberge Bishop - Hostel, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Bell Centre and Christ Church Cathedral. Free perks include WiFi and continental breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Also, Percival Molson Memorial Stadium and Mount Royal Park are within a short drive.
Cons: - Leaking faucet and tiny bathroom.
- Could not watch TV in bed.
- Ancient kitchen borderline gross.
- No snack wth.
Pros: The staff were friendly and professional, the room was very spacious and well maintained, and its location was just minutes away from stations! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and if we have another opportunity, we will stay here again!
Cons: One of the two TVs in our room didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal.
Pros: Great location, wonderful beds, useful kitchenette. Wish we'd had time to try the gym and pool.
Cons: Only thing to improve is putting real cream (e.g Mini Moos) in coffee kit.
Pros: Spacious room, clean, with kitchenette, which was a welcome surprise. We didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, but there next time we stay we will make time for it. Walking distance to everything. A little far to the old port, but we still walked it and it was fine. Staff were wonderful. When we're in Montreal again we will stay here.
Cons: Parking was a little expensive, and the construction on Sherbrooke made getting in and out difficult, (though obviously not the fault of Cantlie. Other than that I can't think of anything that was a negative.
Pros: Great location (Metro Peer Station is right around the corner), great price, great room. Loved the small kitchenette. Friendly staff.
Cons: That the price not include brekfast
that charge parking
The elevators !!! some times I wait 15 minutes for one
Pros: Hotel is located conveniently to downtown Montreal including restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had an issue in our bathroom that was promptly fixed. Bar and wait-staff very nice.
Cons: Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Hotel seemed unprepared for the larger crowd trying to have breakfast. Ran out of food and were not ready to replenish for new people coming in. Eggs and bacon put out were considerably under-cooked.
Pros: Close to museums, McGill University, the metro and other attractions. Very comfortable hotel, quiet with spacious clean rooms. We particularly liked the restaurant, able to provide a late breakfast to us coming from the West coast and sleeping in. This stay was pleasant and enjoyable, thanks!
Cons: We came away from this stay with positive feelings, if I have to stretch for what I did not like it would be limited to their replacing our towels after one use despite asking us to hang up our towels so they could cut back on laundry. Wish all my complaints where so small!
Pros: Very nice beds. Good size rooms. Perfect location. Quiet.
Cons: Shower was good, not great.
Cons: Site displays pictures of pool, but its being repaired! The real problem is it looks like its been out all year and it appears they do not plan on repairing it anytime soon, yet the misleading pictures are still on the web site.
Hotel is old, which normally could be a plus, but stupid/cheap updates have removed the charm and character without adding anything.
Pros: Well located, modern and clean with great staff
Pros: Awesome location in the downtown area. We ate at 5 restaurants on our block (or across the street) alone and all were delicious. Very easy access to metro and bus stops and a short walk to the museum and Mont Royal Park. Staff was friendly and even provided us with a late checkout free of charge.
Cons: 1 broken elevator made getting in and out pretty slow. The pool was under renovation so we didn't get the great rooftop view ... although you can get just about the same view from the 27th floor gym window.
