Pros: "Plane was maybe 70% capacity so had space to stretch out. Entertainment selection was great if you had a WiFi device AND enough power remaining."
Cons: "The interior was embarrassing. How a global airline flies planes with interior fixtures dating 30+ years old. Overhead lights didn’t work. No modernized power options (they had cigarette lighter adaptors in between seats. Crew disengaged but could be the interior atmosphere that made them that way."

To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."

There are several other examples of misinformation in their movie listings. For parents who use the ratings as one piece of information to guide their children, it would be nice to have correct information when making selections. this problem is not new; it's been this way for over a year now. I hoped that over time they would get it right, but alas, it remains inconsistent at best."

When my turn came, I was told that Austrian does NOT fly to London. After a while, they figured out I was on a Unites flight, so I had to walk to terminal 7 (about 25 minutes) to check in with United. If this is a United flight, why is it called Austrian Airlines? Very frustrating and confusing to me and to Austrian Airlines!!!"

It's pretty uncivilized. It creates a line at the back of the plane covering at least 5 rows. Then, your aisles are too narrow. So we have to rub our bodies up against each other to let people squeeze through. -I think you guys could do better than one tiny bag of pretzel mix for a 5 hour flight. -Let's get upper management flying in economy across the country and see what they would change."

On the flight back (during a layover) literaly 5 minutes till boarding the plane, the pilot is ready to go, the people are standing in line, United decides it wont make enough $ on the flight and gives it to an Ontario flight. We are canceled and now have to wait 4 additional hours in the airport. Was told it was air traffic control that messed up, not United, which was not even possible and an obvious untruth. Was offered a complimentary bottle of water for the trouble. Classic united."

Cons: "My flight was delayed which caused me to not only miss my connecting flight but kept me in LAX for an entire day. When dealing with customer service they booked me on another flight with a different airline. I asked if there was a guaranteed seat for me and they told me yes. After this they gave me a $7.00 meal voucher for a 12 hour wait. At LAX that gets you a coffee or a burger, nothing substantial I had to pay for my dinner. Once i got to the gate and received my new ticket it was a standby ticket and not a guaranteed seat. This airline had oversold the flight and i was in a long line of stand by patrons. I had to beg for a seat on the plane and eventually paid someone an extra $20 so i could get on the flight. I am not happy with the situation. I would like some kind of compensation for the mistreatment. My ticket was paid for months in advance and the airline still received payment even though they treated me poorly and did not provide the service promised. United lied to me and did very little to make amends, including the "guaranteed seat on another flight"."

Then baggage claim was not ready had to wait another 45 minutes to retrieve our carry on items. Wifi stopped working halfway through the flight."

I wasn't traveling alone, of course we would like to sit next to each other. When got on the plane, the new seat I got 30B was already taken by another older lady which her boarding pass has exact same seat as mine "30B". I had to walk to the very front of the plane to talk to someone and he was no help because he said "I had to wait for the agent to talk to me". I stood there by the door for 20 minutes or so, telling him my seat got change and there's someone sitting there and I would prefer to go back to the seat o was originated to the first time as it was exit row seat. The ground crew said I can't and I need to sit at 30B which there's another person sitting. He left, came back 10 minutes later saying the same thing. How am I supposed to sit on 30B when there's someone with exact same boarding pass, same seat sitting. He said "no one is sitting there. She moved. You need to go sit at that seat", I walked there and nope, she's still there. I wasn't gonna waste my time arguing because obviously United ground crew member were no help and rude. I went back to seat 33 where I was supposed to sit and of course it was empty. They kept telling me it was a FULL flight with no open seat but that wasn't true at all. Seat 33 was open so the seat 2 seats away from me on the same row. No wonder why asian airlines have better rating in services compare to American. Your crew members are rude and just not smiley. Not even an apologize was once said to me when I had to deal with YOUR mistake United airline."

Cons: "Where do I start? I booked with them because of the low price and I read other reviews where they were compared to Southwest aArline, whom I like. well, they aren't even close! They don't offer any complimentary drinks, no entertainment, and the seats were horribly uncomfortable on all four planes we rode on. The seat pads were worn out and all you could feel was a metal bar across your tailbone. Try to sleep on that for a red eye flight! Impossible. They sat us near the back of the plane and we had the option to move for an extra fee. I chose not to and regretted this decision because the flight attendants posted up and played cards all night, laughing and talking loudly while the passengers tried desperately to sleep! nevermind the fact that you have to pay extra for a regular carry-on sized bag. This airline is such a joke. Next time I fly to Mexico, I'll just pay extra and fly with a known US carrier. Don't waste your pesos, unless you want to be super uncomfortable."

Pros: "The airfare is cheap but they nickle and dime you for everything else. I paid 30 dollars for 1.4 Kg above the set weight for the cabin carry-on yes they weighed my purse and carry on bag. But, my regular luggage was 5KG below the allowed rate. And they attached luggage tags them. They were charging about $5 dollars if you did not print out your boarding pass. I couldn’t because their website was inaccessible. It kept kicking you off. You couldn’t update yard your passapprt number Air attendants waited for a half hour before arrival for food service. And then they rushed you through it because they were yapping away during the flight and we were landing."

Cons: "To: VivaAerobus Airlines I requested a mobility chair and was denied, however they did get a chair for my grandma at the airport. I was told by my grandma that there was a portion of the walk to the gate that she had to walk, she made it, but she got tired. This is not professional at all."

The workers are rude and disrespectful not helpful at all !"

She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."
Cons: "I will not book with kiwi.com EVER again because they messed up my baggage. I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."

Cons: "This flight was delayed by several hours, so I was concerned that I might miss my connecting flight in Denver. I could have flown through any other city en route to Raleigh, so it was frustrating that Frontier would not do anything for me until I got to Denver, because the risk was extremely high that I would miss the last flight out of Denver. Fortunately, Frontier decided to hold the connecting flight so that people on this flight could make their connection. HOWEVER, I landed a few hours later in CHARLOTTE, NC. Apparently Frontier had not checked my ticket when I boarded the wrong plane. My ticket clearly indicated that I was supposed to be on the flight to Raleigh. From Charlotte, there was an American Airlines flight that I could have transferred to--something that every other airline I've flown has done under these circumstances. But Frontier told me they don't put passengers on other airlines' flights, so I had to wait another couple of hours to catch Frontier's next flight to Raleigh. Throughout the whole process, it was very frustrating because for hours while I waited at LAX, I couldn't find a single Frontier employee. I even had to wait at ticketing when I arrived at the airport, not because of a line but because there was no one from Frontier at the counter. All of this suggests to me that Frontier just doesn't care. They don't care enough to be at the airport in case passengers have problems like this. They don't care enough to avoid missed connections by putting people on different flights. They don't care enough to make sure passengers are getting on the correct flights."

Cons: "Everything was fine other than how cold it was on the plane. The coldness actually woke me up several times because it was so bad."

Cons: "It was almost 3 hours dleyed and nobody explain why, and we walk to airplan from outside it was terable."

Cons: "The chairs are like torture devices. They replaced their humane, padded chairs with these ultra slim hard plastic ones that don't recline so you're stuck sitting at a 90 degree angle with basically no padding so they can fit more seats on the plane with tiny tray tables. I'd like to see the CEO spend a couple of hours in one these. I'll never fly Frontier again because they've completely lost touch with the concept of treating customers with dignity."

Also the staff at LAX was no where to be found during boarding. I needed to speak with somene regarding my flight and there was no one around to assist and that may have taken part in me missing my flight."

Kayak costumers should be especially wary since Frontier's main strategy is extracting fees for things everyone expects to be free. You will pay $30-40 for either checked OR carry on bags You will pay $15+ just to have the seats you bought next to eachother. You will pay $20 more for any of those seats to recline at all This would be ok, but the bag fees alone more than erased any savings I got on the tickets."

The flight attendants were doing much of their work by flashlight - seemed very substandard. No welcome. No goodbyes. It was clear that they had disdain for the clients. No food or beverage service. Will never consider Frontier again."

Cons: "Sent everyone to the wrong baggage claim and then told us the right one over the PA system and we turn around and all the bags had been sitting there unattended without anyone's notice and in complete chaos."
