Nothing. We didn’t end up renting the car because when I got to the Hertz counter at the airport they didn’t have my booked rental available. They only had a few Chrysler Minivans available and those fell into a higher rental tier hence they wanted to charge me an additional amount per day for it. They didn’t want to honor the booked price and wanted to charge me more for what was available. Not a good experience.

Kayak allows you to book the reservation outside the hours of operation. Check locally for the actual hours and you will have the best experience.
Deceptive pricing online, total cost was double once it was all said and done. Also, the car started with 3/8s of a tank of gas instead of full so returning it with the same amount of gas involved extra work.

Nothing, they add fees and will not accept American cc insurance coverage even though it is not mentioned anywhere.

The staff was friendly and patient. The car was clean and in good working order. The rental location was close to the airport terminal.

I was surprised at the counter by the requirement for a liability insurance letter from my credit card company. Because I didn't have that, Europcar's liability insurance more than doubled the price of the rental I reserved through CarRentals.com. A required credit card deposit of 10% of the value of the car was also an unwelcome surprise. These requirements could have been made more explicit in Europcar's and CarRentals.com's terms when making the reservation. Also, the rental agent spent a lot of time going over every little nick and scratch on the car before leaving the lot and upon returning the car; it felt like they were looking for a reason to charge me even more. This is not appreciated in a region with a lot of bumpy and rocky roads.
I had a reservation and they said they didn't have any cars available. It was a disaster and very stressful and I was stranded without a rental car for my vacation.
