Your quote was $200. The cost for the same car was $600. Then with your special offer which I relied upon, I got the global Allianz insurance. Thought you would steer me right. I was wrong and it was costly. When I got to Chile they told me that I could. It use it and that if I refused their insurance it would cost me $4000. Yes $4000. So I had to take their insurance even after relying upon kayak special partners. Thanks for costing me an extra $400. Thanks.8.0 Very good

We were told at pick up that they did not have the car size we reserved for us. They offered much smaller car for the same prize. We had way too many bags and demanded larger car. After having to fight with them and wait and hour and half they provided a larger car for an extra charge each day. A car that was not suitable for rental. And I will not receive that refund. I have tried to reach the SIXT international office operating in Chile, but they are useless. Do not chose this SIXT for you car rental in Puerto Montt and area.
