We were expecting a midsize vehicle, but when we arrived all they had was a minivan. I was concerned about it getting terrible gas mileage and being bigger than we needed, but it worked out alright. It was comfortable for the 2 weeks we had it and the gas wasn't as good as we would have liked, but we enjoyed the space and comfort for the amount of time we spent on the road.
The whole team at HSV enterprise was fantastic. They upgraded me for free and they were all so helpful and nice.

I hated literally everything about this rental
Cons:
When I select a specific airport I do not expect the reservation to be switched to a satellite rental office 30 minutes away from the airport and then be told by your customer service that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Time, effort, money, and stress added to travel is not something that is needed. In the event I consider using your services again I’ve requested friends to brain me with a heavy object. This state would be preferable to trying to the nonsense I experienced.
Charged me an extra day even though I returned on time.

Truck (Ram) broke down. Waited 4 hours for a tow that was never dispatched. Robot chat kept telling me to wait longer. A joke.
Made reservation 2 weeks in advance of pick up date. They called day before pickup and said they could not find a mini van and were sorry!! Not using Avis again!!
The process of checking the car back in could have gone a little smoother. I was nervous about leaving the car without at least giving the keys to someone.
