Cons: Pricing was a bit vague, for example there was no mention of a drop off fee. Not that it changed the final price, but a clearer breakdown of the costs involved would have improved the experience.

Cons: The detail job on the car previous to our rental was not the greatest. Found food crumbs lots of places and inside windows were smudged with fingerprints. The car (unfortunately) was very uncomfortable for me. I do have back issues and thought it was only me but my husband was complaining as well. I discovered I do not want to buy a brand new vehicle. I need the seats broken in. I would like to be able to have a choice of vehicles to pick through - not have a "comparable to said vehicle" as my only option for SUV. I wanted a bigger vehicle but online it was not an option. I also do not know what options there are and thus did not know what to pick. There should be something online that mentions PETS or gives the option of certain vehicles that will allow them... just a thought.
