Pros: Nothing.

Cons: They had my reservation but did not have any cars available to rent. They didn’t offer or make an arrangement with another company. They didn’t offer to bring me a car the next day. The woman at the counter said they could send me a coupon for a rental next time. Who cares about next time.

Pros: The car was nice and brand new

Cons: Gas was only 1/4 full. They confused me with Spanish and upgraded me from car reserved. They charged me $400. extra for liability insurance and I waived collision.

A Great Value

Pros: This was perfect for the price. We used it a lot during our trip to Chiapas.

Cons: Nothing! Really everything was pretty good. The only thing is the guys upon return tried to tell me there was some damage to the car that I was responsible for. But, I knew it wasnt me and conviced them they just overlooked it when checking it out to me.

A Great Value

Cons: Actually have the vehicle that a customer reserves in the premises, wash your cars, and don’t rent them when they have 1/8 of a tank of gas! Get it together!

PESIMO SERVICIO

Pros: pésimo servicio. en su pagina lo reserve a un precio de 10,700.00 y al momento de llegar al aeropuerto y querer recoger el auto resulta que me querían cobrar 17,800.00. no respetan precios y dan un servicio pésimo, ya que incluso accediendo a pagar los 17,800.00 adicional pedían una carta del banco como si trajera al gerente en ese momento para que me expidiera la carta diciéndoles que si podía pagar, tremenda estupidez. razón por la cual decidí no arrendar el auto con ellos, Ante el pésimo servicio que da EUROPCAR.

Slow and obnoxious aervice

Pros: Took for ever to deliver and receive the car. I had no damage to the vehicle and was not charged any extras (I barely used the car) but found the level of inspection and threats of charges for anything remotely approaching damage obnoxious. The roads aren't perfect in México so of course tiny dents can happen without any way to avoid them. Normal wear and tear shouldn't be something a rental company threatens you with. They need training on better customer management.

No cars available

Pros: My flight was delayed for 4 hours. When it finally arrived after midnight most of the rental counters were closed but, anyway, there was no National car rental counter to be seen. My reservation said there would be someone there to meet me and put me on a shuttle to the rental office but there was noone. Took a taxi to my hotel and called National's local number in the morning. Was told they have no cars available. Period. They found my reservation on the computer but just said "sorry, if we had one available we'd give it to you but we don't".

HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND!!!!

Cons: We have made car reservation 2 or 3 weeks before, but when we came to the office they said us that they don't have any car available and didn't propose no any other solution. They didn't contact us before to say that they don't have a car, they said that they don't have our contact information despite without it i could not make a reservation! Of course it was not possible to find another car urgent because it was a Christmas and it totally destroyed our holidays! I started to appeal to the main office and they answer me only after 3 DAYS: "Dear Ms. S..., Thank you for choosing National for your car rental needs! My name is P.... I will be happy to help you today. Please let me begin by apologizing. I am escalating your incident to the corporate office. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Have a wonderful day! Sincerely, P..... National Email Customer Service Representative" No any soultion of the problem. HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND!!!!
