The employees tried several unscrupulous tactics to cheat me out of money: they tried to give me a car from a smaller class than I reserved, they repeatedly added extra "insurance" packages when they thought I wasn't paying attention, and when I returned the car the agent tried ripping out the hubcaps to make it look like I had damaged the car. If you do rent from them, make sure to use a credit card that will have your back and protect you from these thieves.

It is actually Europcar with another name. At the airport that makes it confusing and hard to find. Other than that, and the annoying push to make you pay for needleSS EXTRAS…. Everything else was good. Very kind and service forward staff… the car was new . Literally new. And shuttle service efficient and super clean.

We showed up And the process was very lengthy to rent the car. We eventually got to the car and the headlight was out. We then had to wait at 11pm at night for an employee to go to the lot and find another car. We received no videos or photos of the car we rented. When we returned the car we took it to the rental lot we were told to take it to. They had no lighting in the parking lot so we were told to return it to the airport. They tried charging us for some scratches on the rim ( which we absolutely did not do) and they charged us $107 for a “ dirty back seat.” Again it was very very lengthy to return this car. Slow internet and a lot of negotiating and chattering. We had put a deposit on the car so they deducted the $107 and there was nothing I could do. In addition, that internet price you get more then doubles when you buy minimal insurance!!!!!

Horrible! I was told that because i didn’t book my car directly with them they didn’t have a car ready for me. I was stuck at the airport for a 10 day trip after a red eye flight without a car.
