We had to change our pick up time due to delays. We tried calling the Albany location MANY times but no one answered. Then we called Avis directly and they said there were no cars available if we changed our time, even though we had booked a vehicle. We ended up with no car and had to find alternate transportation. None of Budget service I liked. The car was so dirty and filthy. They absolutely did not clean the inside car. On the top of that, the car engine was really bad. They need to fix it. There was something wrong with the car that did not feel right when I was driving it. I did not feel safe at all while I drove that 2025 Toyota Corolla - horrible car. That was why I returned the car early than the scheduled. And, the cashier people ‘ping-pong’ me to their pickup people, back and forth walking out of the airport, just to ask for my receipt. Seriously????? Just for a receipt????? I will not use any Budget rental car anymore, ever!! What a horrible experience with Budget!
